Purpose: Meniere’s disease(MD)is a common disease in otolaryngology.MD is mainly based on audiology and double temperature test. The symptoms of MD patients are often atypical in the early stage of the disease, which leads to the MD being easily misdiagnosed, and the time for patients to get a definite diagnosis will be greatly increased. The current diagnosis of MD,in addition to the patient’s history, symptoms and audiology double temperature test, cochlear electrogram has become one of the important methods MD auxiliary diagnosis.Clinical studies have found that phlegm obstruction is a common type of TCM syndrome, and the use of integrated Chinese and western medicine MD also achieved good results. This study aims to explore Clinical efficacy of vertigo Kang in the treatment of Meniere’s disease(phlegm turbid medium obstruction)on cochlear electrogram. The effect of this method on the recovery of Meniere’s disease was evaluated by objective indexes(cochlear electrogram, pure tone audiometry, double temperature test)and subjective index(DHI).The effect of this method on the recovery of Meniere’s disease was evaluated.Material and method:From September 2019 to December 2020,60 cases of Chinese medicine and western medicine were diagnosed in the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine,60 MD patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine,The specific intervention is oral Chinese medicine decoction Xuan Dekang combined with western medicine Betastine mesylate tablets(Minjianglang),Patients in the control group were not treated with Chinese medicine,Only take western medicine(Minju Lang).Usage: Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction,One dose a day,Early and after dinner. Two tablets at a time,Three times a day,After dinner.Cochlear electrogram, pure tone audiometry, double temperature test,DHI scale score were performed before and 1 week of treatment.Results:1.The results of cochlear electrogram SP/AP,pure tone audiometry and double temperature test in the treatment group and western medicine group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).2.The results of cochlear electrogram SP/AP,pure tone hearing threshold, double temperature test and DHI scale in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05)after treatment.Conclusion:1.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group and western medicine group can improve the results of pure tone audiometry and double temperature test, but the curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group is better than that of western medicine group.2.Both groups can improve the DHI score in the short term, and the curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group is better than that of western medicine group.3.Both the treatment group and the control group could reduce the SP/AP value of cochlear electrogram, but the treatment group was better than the western medicine group.4.The overall curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group was better than that of the control group.
