Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Self-prepared Xinshang Jiegu Decoction Combined With Small Splint External Fixation In The Treatment Of Swelling And Pain In Extended Distal Radial Fractur

Objective:This study aims to provide clinical data for the clinical application and promotion of Xin Shang Jie Gu Tang by observing its clinical efficacy in treating swelling and pain of early extended distal radius fractures.Methods:This study selected 70 cases of distal radius fracture patients who met the inclusion criteria from September 2022 to February 2023 in the Orthopaedics Department of Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with manual reduction combined with small splint external fixation by the same group of physicians,and postoperative guidance was provided for functional exercise.On this basis,the test group took Xinshang Jiegu Decoction,and the control group took Celecoxib capsules and sodium aescinat tablets.Compare the pain,swelling,closed soft tissue quantification scores,and overall efficacy of the affected limbs between the two groups of patients after treatment for 1 day,3 days,7 days,and 14 days.Use SPSS26.0 statistical software for statistical analysis to evaluate the general and clinical data of two groups of patients.Result:1.General information of the two groups of patients: age,gender,distribution of affected wrists,duration of injury,and mode of injury were statistically analyzed,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference in pain and swelling between the two groups of patients before and on the first day after treatment through statistical analysis(P>0.05).On the 3rd,7th,and 14 th day after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in pain and swelling(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.3.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the quantitative scores of closed soft tissue between the two groups of patients before treatment through statistical analysis.After 1,3,7,and 14 days of treatment,the quantitative scores of closed soft tissue showed statistical differences(P<0.05)through statistical analysis,and the experimental group was superior to the control group.4.After treatment,the overall efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.The effective rate of 97.1% in the experimental group was higher than that of 88.6% in the control group,and there was a statistical difference in the treatment effect between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xinshang Jiegu Tang has good therapeutic effect in treating swelling and pain of early extended distal radius fractures,without adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
