Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome In Stable Stage Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Self-prescribed Guben Decoctio

Objective: To observe and investigate the efficacy and safety of the self-prepared Gu Ben Tang in the treatment of patients with both spleen and kidney deficiency evidence in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and to elaborate the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method: the control group was treated with Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Self-developed Gu Ben Tang on top of the control group for 30 days.Results:1.The gender,age,pre-treatment CAT score,pre-treatment 6-minute walk test,and pre-treatment TCM syndrome score of the two groups were not statistically significant(p>0.05)and were comparable.2.The test group improved better than the control group in CAT score,6-minute walk test,and TCM symptom score(p<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the western medical treatment,the combination of self-prepared solid root soup can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency evidence in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
