Exploring The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Constipation-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based On Data Minin

Objective:By collecting and sorting out the journal literature of the treatment of constipation irritable bowel syndrome with internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the author analyzed its development status and summarized the drug use rules in order to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:Retrieve the journal documents from CNKI,Wanfang and WIP to December 31,2022.Use NoteExpress to sort the data,and Python related data analysis module to sort the data into syndrome types,drug frequency,drug properties,drug taste,meridian tropism,drug efficacy,association rules,cluster analysis and visual presentation.As well as the bibliometric analysis of annual publishing trend,publishing organization,source,and high-frequency keywords of literature through CiteSpace software.Results:1.Through searching and screening,a total of 114 documents that meet the standard were selected,including 118 prescriptions and 197 traditional Chinese medicines.2.The analysis shows that the distribution of syndromes is mainly liver stagnation,lung and spleen deficiency,accounting for 58.78%of the total,followed by spleen and kidney yang deficiency,gastrointestinal heat accumulation,yin deficiency and intestinal dryness.3.The top 10 high-frequency drugs for the treatment of constipation irritable bowel syndrome with internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine are:white peony,bupleurum,atractylodes macrocephala,fructus aurantii,fructus aurantii,licorice,hemp seed,areca nut,angelica sinensis,magnolia officinalis,with the cumulative use frequency of 37.87%.4.The use frequency of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly warm drugs,accounting for 49.21%;The taste of the medicine is mainly bitter,sweet and bitter,with the cumulative frequency of 86.36%;The majority of drugs attributed to the spleen,stomach,lung,liver and large intestine meridians,with a cumulative amount of 78.13%,followed by the heart,gallbladder and kidney meridians;There are fewer drugs attributed to triple energizer,bladder,pericardium and small intestine.5.The drug efficacy is mainly composed of tonifying drugs and regulating qi drugs,accounting for 46.42%,followed by antipyretic drugs,purgative drugs and antipyretic drugs.6.In the association rules,"Perilla frutescens stem,chicken inner gold","Perilla frutescens stem,bergamot","chicken inner gold,bergamot",etc.have strong correlation with each other;According to the cluster analysis,the drugs are grouped into four categories,including fructus aurantii,licorice and hemp seed,white peony and bupleurum,atractylodes macrocephala and angelica,and magnolia officinalis,fructus aurantii and areca.7.According to bibliometric analysis,the literature mainly comes from Gastroenterology and Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Digestion;Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hebei Medical University and other institutions have a high number of papers;"Constipation","functional","colon disease" and "tegaserol" are high-frequency keywords.Conclusion:1.The common symptoms of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome are stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of lung and spleen.2.The main therapeutic drugs are soothing the liver and regulating qi,and white peony,bupleurum,fructus aurantii and fructus aurantii are reused;Supplemented with atractylodes macrocephala,licorice,etc.to replenish qi and strengthen spleen;Then add or reduce the use of fire hemp seed,angelica and other drugs to moisten the intestines and relieve constipation.3.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri and Atractylodes macrocephala are the three drugs with the highest frequency of use;Angelica sinensis is the core drug in the drug combination;"Perilla frutescens stem-cauliflower" is a potentially strongly related drug pair;In clinical practice,high-frequency drugs and core drugs can be selected to increase the use of potential drug pairs in order to enhance the efficacy.4.The cluster combination of Fructus Aurantii,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Cannabis seeds","White peony,Bupleurum chinense","Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica sinensis","Magnolia officinalis,Fructus Aurantii,Areca catechu" has certain compatibility significance,and can provide ideas for clinical research and new drug development.5.Since 2021,the number of articles published on the topic of "constipation irritable bowel syndrome" has decreased,and tends to be flat.The research in this field may have reached the platform stage,which needs further exploration and innovation;Hebei is the frontier of the study of constipation irritable bowel syndrome;"Constipation","functional","substance P" and"traditional Chinese medicine therapy" are the research hotspots in this field.
