Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Fuli In The Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Diarrhea Based On Data Mining

Objective:Summarize Professor Zhang Fuli ’s medication experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea based on data mining,and to provide ideas for the treatment of irritable bowel syndromediarrhea.Methods:According to the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria,153 cases of irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea treated by Professor Zhang Fuli in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December2021 were collected,including their names,gender,age,tongue images,pulse,the first diagnosis prescriptions.After standardized pretreatment,enter them into the Excel table provided by the platform,and analyze them through the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0).Results:1.Among the 153 cases included,69 were male patients,accounting for45.1%,and 84 were female patients,accounting for 54.9%.Female patients were more than male patients.2.Among the tongue coating,yellow greasy and white greasy tongue coating appeared more often,87 times and 30 times respectively.In the result of pulse analysis,pulse-string and pulse-string-slip appeared more frequently,39 times and 34 times.3.In terms of four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism,cold drugs were used the most frequently(1104 times),accounting for 46.83%,warm drugs(836 times),accounting for 35.47%.In terms of five flavors of drugs,bitter,sweet and acrid drugs are used frequently,accounting for 95.4% totally.The drugs used are mainly spleen,stomach,lung,liver and heart meridians.The drugs with more efficacy include relieving external symptoms,heat clearing,restore deficiency,and promoting water and dampness.According to the analysis of drug frequency,there are 30 traditional Chinese medicines that have been used more than 30 times,among which licorice and ginger are used the most frequently,153 times and 152 times respectively.4.In association rule analysis,support and confidence were set to 130 and 0.99 respectively,and 29 drug combinations were obtained.The core medicine group is raw rehmannia,licorice,ginger,atractylodes rhizome,parasitic loranthus,and fushen.5.In the analysis of formula composition rules,set the "number of clusters" as 6,and through K-means cluster analysis,six core drug combinations were obtained: ginger,ophiopogon japonicus,licorice,fushen,peony skin,raw rehmannia,oyster,mulberry leaf;ginger,fushen,licorice,atractylodes rhizome,raw rehmannia,raw white peony,Pinellia ternata,parasitic loranthus;ginger,licorice,fushen,ophiopogon japonicus,atractylodes rhizome,wormwood,angelica sinensis,yizhiren;Ginger,licorice,atractylodes rhizome,fushen,parasitic loranthus,raw white peony,pinellia ternata,ophiopogon japonicus;Ginger,Angelica sinensis,licorice,atractylodes rhizome,fushen,parasitic loranthus,raw rehmannia,ophiopogon japonicus;fushen,licorice,atractylodes rhizome,ginger,parasitic loranthus,ophiopogon japonicus,raw rehmannia,pinellia ternata.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli used cold and warm drugs to treat irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea.Bitter,sweet and acrid medicine are commonly used.Meridians refer to spleen,stomach,lung,liver and heart.2.The drugs with more efficacy include relieving external symptoms,heat clearing,restore deficiency,and promoting water and dampness.The core medicine group is raw rehmannia,licorice,ginger,atractylodes rhizome,parasitic loranthus,and fushen.3.Professor Zhang Fuli believes that the disease location of irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea is mainly in the middle spleen and stomach.Blocked by phlegm,dampness and other pathological substances,or due to the deficiency of spleen and stomach,or due to the influence of other organs,the qi mechanism of the middle energizer is abnormal,and turbidity cannot be differentiated into the key to the pathogenesis of the disease.During the clinical treatment,Professor Zhang Fuli paid attention to regulating the qi,invigorating the middle energizer,promoting the general use of the cause.The product of nourishing yin and dredging collaterals is used to form the same treatment of qi and blood according to the length of the patient’s disease course and the performance of tongue and pulse.
