Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Tinnitus Of Liver-fire Type By Opening Acupoints On Time With The Linggui Eight Method

Purpose : This study,by adopting the method randomized controlled clinical trials evaluating spirit turtle eight method the clinical curative effect of tinnitus treatment Liver-fire flaming-up,for the treatment of tinnitus to explore new thoughts.Material and method:From March 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with tinnitus due to hyperactivity of Liver-fire flaming-up who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was given acupuncture at the point of Linggui Bafa on time,while the control group was given routine acupuncture.Both groups were treated for0.5h/ time,once a day,with a course of 4 weeks,5 times a week and 2 breaks.Before and after treatment,the efficacy evaluation indexes of the two groups were based on the scores of five scales: Tinnitus Evaluation Scale(TEQ),Tinnitus Disability Scale(THI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Tinnitus Visual Simulation Scale(VAS)and TCM Syndrome Integral Evaluation Scale.Using SPSS26.0 statistical software to analyze the data,P<0.05 indicates that there is a difference,which has statistical significance.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in TEQ scale,THI scale,SAS scale,VAS scale and TCM syndrome integral scale(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of TEQ scale,THI scale,SAS scale,VAS scale and TCM syndrome in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,the decline degree of each curative effect evaluation index in Linggui Eight Methods acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in routine acupuncture group(P<0.05),and the effective rate was 93.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with the Eight Methods of Linggui on time can reduce the degree of tinnitus caused by liver fire,improve anxiety,sleep,relieve the clinical symptoms of headache,bitter mouth,dry throat,chest and hypochondriac swelling and pain,and improve the quality of life,which plays an important role in the treatment of tinnitus caused by liver fire.
