| Purpose: Data mining was used to analyze the medication pattern of patients with bronchial asthma(lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome)treated by Prof.Nini Qu in the past three years.The drug pair with the closest correlation analysis will be analyzed for network pharmacology to analyze the mechanism of the drug pair for treating the disease and provide reference for the treatment of bronchial asthma(lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome)in Chinese medicine.Method: Prescriptions were collected for screening,and a medication database was constructed,and frequency,association and cluster analyses were performed using Excel and SPSS to explore their therapeutic approaches and medication use patterns.The drug pairs with the highest correlation were analyzed by network pharmacology to explore their targets and mechanisms of action for treating diseases.Results:1.A total of 275 prescriptions were included,with 157 designed herbal medicines,and 14 medicines were used more than 80 times,in descending order: yam,codonopsis,orris,peel,licorice,atractylodes,bitter almonds,poria,schisandra,rehmannia,semen,cornelian,dandilion,and salvia.In the classification of drugs,tonic drugs are used most often,followed by cough and phlegm relievers and asthma relievers,and lastly,qi and stasis relievers.2.Correlation analysis was performed and the highest correlation was origanum-yam.3.Using cluster analysis,the results were divided into four categories.The first category includes atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,salvia miltiorrhiza,asters,cornus officinalis,codonopsis pilosula,platycodon grandiflorum,tangerine peel and yam;The second category includes Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Centauri,Flos Lonicerae,Angelica Sinensis,Liquorice and Fructus Aurantii;The third category is bitter almond,loquat leaf and schisandra chinensis;The fourth category is pinellia ternata.4.Network pharmacological analysis was performed on key pairs.We obtained 23 effective activities,which were screened according to degree,and the active ingredients were lignan,dousterol,lignan and acanthin,and there were 21 intersectional targets between drug pairs and diseases,and their core targets were 6,namely IL4,PPARG,TNF,CAT,PTGS2,NOS2.By GO and KEGG analysis of core targets,the functional pathways can be predicted as Regulation of inflammatory response,blood circulation,epithelial cell migration,cytokine receptor binding,kinase regulation;interleukin-17 signaling pathway,calcium signaling pathway,neurodegenerative polyposis pathway,tumor pathway,hypoxia-inducible factor-1 signaling pathway,relaxin signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and other pathways may be relevant pathways for key drug pairs to treat diseases.Conlusion:1.The pathogenesis of bronchial asthma(lung-spleen deficiency syndrome)is based on the deficiency of the original and the excess.The treatment principle is to support the right and eliminate evil,treat both symptoms and symptoms,and the key to treatment is to "replenish qi" and "dispel phlegm,stasis,and regulate qi".Through medication patterns,the treatment method is in line with the theory that asthma must be treated with a thin taste,with the aim of warming the body,resolving phlegm,and relieving cough.The lung and spleen are treated together,not only for tonifying,but also for promoting qi,promoting blood circulation,and resolving phlegm.Applying the theory of left liver and right lung,by treating phlegm first to treat qi,and regulating the rise and fall of qi by treating phlegm and qi simultaneously.And Qi is the mucus secretion,regulate cell differentiation,apoptosis,etc.,control asthma attacks,and improve asthma symptoms. |
