| Purpose:Through the comprehensive collection and sorting of local Chinese medicine pieces containing palm seeds,the use of scientific and reasonable statistical methods to quantify each standard items and conduct comparative analysis to determine the main differences in local standards for palm pieces;Then,through the research methods and market research of Materia Medica,the ancient and modern medicinal use of palm seeds was systematically examined,and the standardized and unified standards of palm pieces were obtained,and the methods and ideas for improving the standards of Chinese medicine pieces were explored,so as to promote the safety and standardized application of Chinese medicine pieces.Material and method:1.Literature research methodIt mainly uses libraries,archives,CNKI,reading show,traditional Chinese medicine formula library and other Internet resources to widely search for literature about palm seeds,and organize,analyze and study them.Find the local standards for Chinese medicine pieces and related regulatory documents published by the local Food and Drug Administration,understand the development status of quality standards for Chinese medicine pieces,obtain the corresponding quality requirements data,etc.,and conduct research and analysis of the differences in local standards of palm Chinese medicine pieces by consulting ancient herbal books,prescription works and modern pharmaceutical research.2.Statistical analysis methodUse descriptive statistics to describe the distribution status,standard characteristics,differences,etc.of data and data,and describe the basic situation of comparative analysis of standard items by graphs and tables.In this paper,the qualitative data were converted into quantitative data by way of assignment,the corresponding data were assigned to each standard item,and the proportion of dissonance in each group of data was calculated to compare the dispersion degree of the standard items of palm Chinese medicine pieces in the local standard.3.Comparative research methodThe comparative research method is mainly a scientific method that investigates and analyzes between two or more things,finds similarities and differences between things,and seeks to explore the universal and special laws of things.In this paper,the comparative analysis method was used to compare the differences in the local standards of palm Chinese medicine pieces,and the dispersion coefficient results calculated from the differences in palm Chinese medicine pieces were arranged for comparative research.4.Survey and research methodIn this study,the interview method and observation method were used to investigate the management and operation status of the Chinese herbal medicine market in C place,obtain the relevant specifications and grades of palm Chinese herbal tablets,and analyze the results obtained from the research content.The interview method is used to obtain basic information and materials through oral conversations with the interviewees according to the interview outline,and the interviewees are mainly market management personnel and market operators,and effectively understand and obtain relevant information such as product name,source,and origin indicated on the label of palm seed products according to the interview content.The observation method is used to intuitively understand the specific morphological characteristics of palms,observe the traits,varieties and specifications of palms and market operation scale,and collect and record the main information in time.Results:1.Local standard difference analysis results: After statistical analysis and calculation of the outlier ratios of various items in palm fruit,it was found that there were significant differences in the [characteristics],[indications],[meridian attribution],[dosage],and[function] items.The content of the decoction pieces standard is divided into pharmaceutical standards and medical standards,and [characteristics] and [dosage] belong to pharmaceutical standards,while [indications],[meridian attribution],and [function] belong to medical standards.It can be seen that the main differences in the palm fruit decoction pieces standard are concentrated in the medical standards section.2.Research results: From market research,it was found that there are two specifications of palm Chinese medicine pieces,which are net products and powdered products.From the base,the palms of the two pieces are derived from the ripe fruits of the palm family,and the production areas are mainly distributed in the provinces south of the Yangtze River,including Jiangsu,Anhui,Hubei,Hunan and other places.In terms of traits,the net product of palm seed is kidney-shaped or nearly spherical,with one side raised and the other side concave and grooved,with a peduncle root.The size is about 8～10mm long and 5～8mm wide.The surface color is gray-yellow or yellow-green,gray-blue when ripe,and the peel is thin,smooth or reticulated.The endocarp is gray-brown or brownish-black in color,and the seed kernel is milky white with a plant cuticle.The smell is slight,the taste is slightly astringent and slightly sweet.Palm powder is mainly for acceptance,inspection and selection of qualified palm seeds crushed by Chinese medicine piece crusher,its character is powdery,has a special odor,and needs to be sealed and preserved.3.Medicinal research results:(1)Source: Palm family Arecaceae palm genus Trachycarpus plant Palm Trachycarpus in the provinces south of the Yangtze River,mainly distributed in Jiangsu,Anhui,Gansu and other places in China;(4)Medicinal properties: flat,non-toxic,bitter,astringent,sweet;(5)Guijing:Returning to the heart,kidney,large intestine;(6)Functional indications: the main effects are astringent bowel hemorrhoea,convergence and hemostasis,treatment of diarrhea(diarrhea,dysentery,humid heat diarrhea),intestinal wind(hemorrhoidal blood,blood in the stool),collapse in the belt(collapse,under the belt),nasal flood vomiting blood(bleeding,vomiting blood),after deep excavation palm has the effect of clearing heat and moisture,stopping the band,solidifying the essence,nourishing and calming the spirit;(7)Usage and dosage: use internal administration;3.73～11.19 g;(8)Processing: calcination;(9)Storage: Yin dry treatment.Conclusion:Through the comparative analysis of the items of local standards for the preparation of palm Chinese medicine pieces,it is found that the principles of local standard formulation are not uniform,the level of quality standards is inconsistent,and there are differences in the content of projects,among which the items of [characteristics],[indications],[meridian attribution],[dosage],and [function] are quite different.In this study,it was found that the traits of palm seeds are recommended to be kidney-shaped in shape,shape and odor,the surface color is gray-yellow to brown,and after maturity,it becomes gray-blue or light blue without volatile special odor,the breath is slightly or none,and the taste is slightly astringent and slightly sweet after ripeness;The main functional part is recommended to have the effect of astringent bowel antidiarrheal,clearing heat and moisture,astringent hemostasis,stopping bands,solidifying essence,nourishing and calming the spirit;The main treatment part should be recommended to treat diarrhea,intestinal wind,collapse and vomiting blood;The part of the Gui meridian should be recommended to return to the heart,kidney,and large intestine.Through a comprehensive review of ancient books and ancient formulas of Materia Medica,the different items are examined,and combined with the data of modern scientific research and research,reasonable suggestions and compilation principles are put forward for the formulation of local standard processing specifications for palm Chinese medicine pieces,improve the quality standard project of palm herbal medicine pieces,improve the integrity,scientificity and advanced nature of the project content,establish the construction of a new traceability system of the standard system of palm Chinese medicine pieces,strengthen the implementation of the supervision and management of Chinese medicine pieces,and promote the unification of local standards for the processing of Chinese medicine pieces. |
