Study On The Characteristics Of Tongue Image And Pulse Parameters In Different Syndromes Of Lung Cance

Objective: Observe the tongue image features and pulse parameters of lung cancer patients,analyze the tongue image features and pulse parameters of lung cancer patients with different genders,pathological types,smoking history,and TCM syndrome types,and establish a fusion of tongue image features and pulse parameters.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine lung cancer risk early warning and disease diagnosis provide technical support,and formulate personalized treatment plans for improving the quality of life of lung cancer patients.Methods: The characteristics of tongue image and pulse parameters of200 patients with lung cancer and 100 healthy controls were collected and analyzed.The characteristics of tongue image and pulse parameters of different genders,pathological types,smoking history and TCM syndromes of lung cancer were analyzed by t test or rank sum test.Results: Compared with the healthy control group,there were differences in tongue image features and pulse parameters in the lung cancer group.The comparison of tongue image indexes of different pathological types of lung cancer showed that TB-Cr,TC-G and TC-B in lung cancer group were higher than those in healthy control group,suggesting that the tongue color of lung cancer group was redder.The comparison results of pulse parameters showed that h5 and w / t in the lung cancer group were higher than those in the healthy control group,and the duration of continuous aortic hypertension was long in the whole pulse cycle.The levels of h1,h3,h4,h4 / h1 and t in the lung cancer group were lower than those in the healthy control group,indicating that the ejection function of the patients in the lung cancer group was weakened,the blood supply was insufficient,the peripheral resistance became smaller,and the pulse cycle was long.The comparison results of tongue image indexes of lung cancer with or without smoking history showed that the RGB of tongue coating and tongue body with smoking history was higher than that without smoking history,suggesting that the brightness of tongue color and coating color of patients with smoking history increased.Pulse graph parameters were not statistically significant.The comparison results of tongue image indexes of lung cancer in different genders showed that the RGB index and TB-L of males in the lung cancer group were lower than those of females,and the tongue color and moss color were lighter.Pulse graph parameters were not statistically significant.The comparison results of tongue image indexes of lung cancer patients with different syndromes showed that compared with the healthy control group,TB-Cr,TC-Cr,TC-Cb,per All and other indexes in the qi and yin deficiency syndrome group increased,the tongue color was reddish,and the tongue coating was thickened.In Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group,TB-Cr,TC-b,red components of tongue color increased,and tongue coating was yellowish,suggesting red tongue and yellow coating.Phlegm dampness toxin accumulation group per All increased,tongue coating thickness;the TB-R,TC-R,per All,etc.increased in the yin deficiency and toxic heat syndrome group,the red component of the tongue color increased,the saturation was high,and the tongue coating was thick.The results of comparison of pulse graph parameters showed that compared with the healthy control group,the amplitude of h1 main wave and the amplitude of h3 double wave in the qi and yin deficiency group decreased,and the area under the blood pressure map was smaller,indicating that the arterial compliance of the qi and yin deficiency group decreased,the heart qi was insufficient,the heart ejection function was weakened,and the heart blood loss was less.Conclusion: The tongue image characteristics and pulse parameters of lung cancer patients are different in different genders,pathological types,smoking history and TCM syndromes.It can provide quantitative basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in TCM,and improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients with personalized treatment.
