The Objective Study Of Tongue Picture With Different Syndromes Of Essential Hypertension In Changsha Area

Objective:By analyzing the differences of the characteristic parameters of tongue image between the different syndrome types of essential hypertension patients and healthy people in Changsha area,to reveal the correlation between the different syndrome types of essential hypertension patients and the parameters of tongue image in Cha ngsha area.In order to provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis of essential hypertension.Methods:First,collecting the tongue image of 347 patients with essential hypertension in the clinic department and the inpatient department of cardiology and 110 healthy people in the physical examination center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine by using TFDA-1 tongue face diagnostic instrument which is developed by Shanghai University of traditional Chinese me dicine,from January 2019 to December 2019.Then,using the analysis software(TDAS 2.0)which is developed by the Intelligent Processing Laboratory of TCM diagnosis information of Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze the correspondi ng characteristic parameters.Finally,using the spss21.0 statistical software to analyze the differences of characteristic parameters of tongue body and tongue fur in different syndromes of essential hypertension patients and healthy people.Results:(1)The characteristic parameters of tongue image in the hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome group were as follows:The color characteristic parameters of tongue body zhi R、zhi G、zhiClrLb were higher than those in the healthy group(p< 0.01),zhiClrH、 zhiClrLa、 zhiClrCr、zhiClrCb were lower than those in the healthy group(p< 0.01).The texture characteristic parameters of tongue body zhi CON 、zhi ENT、zhi MEAN were higher than those in healthy group(p< 0.01),zhi CON were lower than those in healthy group(p< 0.01).The color characteristic parameters of tongue coating taiClrG、tai G、taiClrL、taiClrLb were higher than those in healthy group(p< 0.01),taiClrI、 taiClrY were higher than those in healthy group(p<0.05),taiClrH、taiClrLa、taiClrCr、taiClrCb were lower than those of the healthy group(p< 0.01).(2)The characteristic parameters of tongue image in the deficiency of yin and excess of yang syndrome group were as follows:The color characteristic parameters of tongue body zhiClrR、 zhi R、zhi G 、 zhiClrLb were higher than those in the health y group(p < 0.01),zhiClrB、zhiClrH、zhiClrS、zhiClrLa、zhiClrCr、zhiClrCb were lower than those in the healthy group(p< 0.01).The texture characteristic parameters of tongue body zhi CON、 zhi ENT、 zhi MEAN were higher than those in healthy group(p< 0.01),zhi CON were lower than those in healthy group(p<0.01).The color characteristic parameters of tongue coating taiClrG、tai G、taiClrL、taiClrLb、taiClrY were higher than those in healthy group(p<0.01),taiClrI were higher than those in healthy group(p<0.05),tai R、taiClrH、taiClrS、taiClrLa、taiClrCr、taiClrCb were lower than those of the healthy group(p< 0.01).(3)The characteristic parameters of tongue image in the flourishing of phlegmatic hygrosis syndrome group were as follows:The color characteristic parameters of tongue body zhi G、 zhiClrLb were higher than those in the healthy group(p< 0.01),zhiClrR、zhi R、zhiClrH、zhiClrI、zhiClrS、zhiClrLa、zhiClrCr、zhiClrCb were lower than those in the healthy group(p < 0.01).The texture characteristic parameters of tongue body zhi CON、 zhi ENT、 zhi MEAN were higher than those in healthy group(p<0.01),zhi CON were lower than those in healthy group(p< 0.01).The color characteristic parameters of tongue coating tai G、 taiClrLb were higher than those in healthy group(p< 0.01),taiClrI were higher than those in healthy group(p< 0.05),taiClrH、taiClrLa、taiClrCr、taiClrCb were lower than those of the healthy group(p< 0.01).The thickness parameters of tongue coating Per All were higher than those in healthy group(p < 0.01).(4)The characteristic parameters of tongue image in the deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome group were as follows:The color characteristic parameters of tongue body zhi G 、 zhiClrLb were higher than those in the healthy group(p < 0.01),zhiClrR 、 zhiClrB 、 zhi R 、 zhiClrH 、 zhiClrI 、 zhiClrS 、zhiClrLa、zhiClrCr、zhiClrCb were lower than those in the healthy group(p<0.01).The texture characteristic parameters of tongue body zhi CON、zhi ENT、 zhi MEAN were higher than those in healthy group(p<0.01),zhi CON were lower than those in healthy group(p<0.01).The color characteristic parameters of tongue coating tai G、taiClrLb were higher than those in healthy group(p< 0.01),taiClrI were higher than those in healthy group(p< 0.05),taiClrH、 taiClrLa、 taiClrCr、 taiClrCb were lower than those of the healthy group(p< 0.01).Conclusion: There were significant differences in the parameters of tongue color zhi R、 zhi G、 zhiClrH、 zhiClrLa、 zhiClrLb、 zhiClrCr、 zhiClrCb、zhi ASM、zhi CON、zhi ENT、zhi MEAN、tai G、taiClrH、taiClrI、taiClrLa、taiClrLb 、 taiClrCr 、 taiClrCb in the four syndrome groups of essential hypertension,which suggested that these indexes could be used as the objective diagnosis basis of tongue image of essential hypertension.
