Primary Dysmenorrhea Different Tcm Syndromes Pulse Features

Purpose:Combining pulses and symptoms showing the objective feather of pulse information of primary dysmenorrhea,further completing the method of pulse analysis which is used by traditional Chinese medicine,exploring the connection among etiology,symptom and pulse,giving objective evidence for primary dysmenorrhea classical diagnosis.Making clinical foundation for the DY-SS-1 pulse meter.Material and method:The 79 patients is classed four teams according to symptoms:blood blocking by cold,blood blocking by qi,moist and hot blocking, defect supply of qi and blood,and comparing 30 normal persons.Using the DY-SS-1 pulse meter,according to the basis demand of traditional Chinese medicine 3 departments and 9 symptoms at wrist,examining and recording 6 signals of 2 hands of cun,guan and chi.Traditional Chinese medicine analysis method is used in pulse information analysis and judgment.Results:1.The comparing of the unusual pulse rate to the normal persons is P＜0.05,having significant difference.2.Comparing judgments of the standard and the pulse information,making the results:The compliance of pulse meter which you can correctly diagnose is 72.3 percent(under which it simplified compliance).Normal persons compliance is 80 percent.The compliance of blood blocking by cold is 73.4 percent.The compliance of blood blocking by qi is 66.7 percent.The compliance of the moist and hot blocking is 69.2 percent.The compliance of defect supply of qi and blood is 67.7 percent.Conclusion:1.According to the logic of the traditional Chinese medicine,through the DY-SS-1 pulse meter and the traditional Chinese medicine method in analyzing pulse information,pulse information can show the features of pulse information of primary dysmenorrhea.2.Through pulse curve,the connection able to be found among,etiology,symptom and pulse image.3.Rendering some objective reference evidences for primary dysmenorrheal diagnosis and treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation.
