Clinical Observation On Huangqi Yifei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis With Lung And Spleen Deficiency Syndrom

Objective: By observing the changes of curative effect observation index and safety observation index of Huangqi Yifei Decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis patients with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome before and after treatment,verify its curative effect and drug safety,and provide a new reference for the treatment of chronic bronchitis patients with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods: From December 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with chronic bronchitis in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,aged from 40 to 70 years old,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Huangqi Yifei Decoction,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Before and after treatment,the changes of CRP,WBC,X-ray,TCM symptom score,SGRQ score and clinical effect(referring to the Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicine)of the two groups of patients were recorded,and the collected data were statistically analyzed with SPSS25.0 software.Results: A total of 60 patients were included in the trial,and 60 patients finally completed the trial,including 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.After treatment,the CRP,WBC,X-ray,TCM symptom score and SGRQ score of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment(referring to the Guiding Principles of Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine)increased compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: Huangqi Yifei Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on chronic bronchitis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and conditions,and is safe for clinical use,which can be further studied and popularized.
