QingJin Particles And Pieces Syrup Formula Decoction In Treatment Of Acute Bronchitis-Chronic Bronchitis Comparative Study Of The Clinical Evidence

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,safety of Cheongju gold syrup dispensing granule and decoction acuting bronchitis - chronic bronchitis acutely exacerbating representing Sputum and heat Card type.Methods Three hospitals including Traditional and Western Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province do this comparative study of clinical efficacy of Cheongju gold syrup dispensing granule and decoction,and to observe their safety. Choose out patients aged 18-75 years old,in line with Western medicine in acute bronchitis - chronic bronchitis acutly exacerbating of diagnostic criteria and the heat of TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Criteria certification test cases for the crowd,using multi-center,randomized,double-blind,controlled sub-groupmethod,SAS statistical analysis. Drug treatment group: Cheongju Golden Syrup recipe of Chinese medicine granules,control group drug use:Cheongju Golden Syrup decoction pieces. selected 10 cases must accepte Tianyi course of double-blind drug treatment, clinical efficacy were observed.Result In the treatment group the total effective rate is 91.38% (FAS) / 94.55% (PPS).In the control group the total effective rate is 91.38% (FAS) / 94.44% (PPS). The overall inter-group comparison has not statistically significant(P>0.05).The effectiveness of the evaluation is that Pieces granule decoction group and group treatment of acute bronchitis - chronic bronchitis, acute episode of heat permit curative efficacy of TCM Hou efficient compared to non-inferiority test, granules group efficacy is not inferior to Pieces decoction group. It has no difference between two groups. Security Analysis: No Abnormal changes drug-related were found in the test.
