| Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of Danggui Niantong Decoction on hyperuricemic nephropathy(HN)with damp-heat syndrome and Transforming growth factor-β1 in serum were observed.And to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Danggui-Niantong Decoction on hyperuric acid nephropathy,and to provide evidence for the mechanism of Danggui-niantong decoction on treating hyperuric acid nephropathy.Methods:Sixty patients with damp-heat syndrome hyperuric acid nephropathy,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Danggui Niantong decoction on the basis of basic treatment.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,biochemical indexes such as serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood uric acid(UA),24-hour urinary protein(UAER)of the patients in this experiment were detected.All indexes were detected once before and after treatment every two weeks.At the same time,changes in TCM symptoms were evaluated,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results:1.After treatment,clinical symptoms of patients in both groups were improved,and treatment group’s were better than those of control group.2.After treatment,blood uric acid decreased in both groups,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the treatment group were lower than before treatment,indicating that Danggui Niantong Decoction was benifit for improving blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and hyperuricemia in the treatment of hyperuric acid nephropathy.3.After treatment,24 h urinary protein quantity(24h UPro)in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,indicating that Danggui Niantong Decoction was benifit for decreasing albuminuria in HN.(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and urine KIM-1 were decreased in both groups.Compared with the control group,the inflammation and fibrosis indexes were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Danggui Niantong Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine has a better effect in the treatment for the treatment on HN with damp-heat syndrome.Compared with conventional Western medicine alone,it has a better effect in improving the clinical symptoms such as limb heaviness,swelling,joint burning,swelling and pain,and sticky mouth,as well as in reducing serum creatinine,urea and even urinary protein.2.Danggui Niantong Decoction may reduce the levels of serum TGF-β1 and urine KIM-1,reduce the inflammatory response of hyperuric acid nephropathy,delay the process of renal fibrosis,and help protect residual renal function by improving the microinflammatory state of kidney,regulating immune state,inhibiting oxidative stress and other ways. |
