A Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Damp-heat Syndrome Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation By Acupuncture At Jiaji Points Combined With Danggui Niantong Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of Supreme Deep-Needling at Jiaji points combined with Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction on damp heat syndrome of lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide the basis for the clinical patients to choose a more efficient treatment pla n.Methods: According to the random number table method,60 patients with damp heat syndrome of lumbar disc herniation were divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction.The treatment group was treated with Supreme Deep-Needling at Jiaji points for a total of 10 days.After the course of treatment,the clinical effect,VAS score and lumbar JOA score of the two groups were compared The results were statistically analyzed.Results: There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,VAS score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than 80.00% of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the VAS and JOA scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion: Supreme Deep-Needling at Jiaji points combined with Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction on damp heat syndrome of lumbar disc herniatio can effectively reduce the pain and improve the symptoms of the patients.Its curative effect is better than that of Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction alone,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,so it is worth popularizing.
