| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Youshi Neiyi Recipe in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and provide effective Chinese medicine treatment ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: 60 cases of adenomyosis with dysmenorrhea due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Youshi Neiyi Fang and 30 cases in the control group were treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsule,after taking three menstrual cycles continuously,the dysmenorrhea symptom score,Chinese medicine treatment syndrome score and uterine volume were observed before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of Youshi Neiyi Recipe in treating adenomyosis dysmenorrhea with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were discussed.Results:1.Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy: The total effective rate of clinical comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom scores: after treatment,the degree of dysmenorrhea in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,there was a statistically significant comparison between the two groups(P<0.05),and You’s internal variation formula could significantly relieve patients’ dysmenorrhea symptoms and reduce dysmenorrhea scores.3.Comparison of TCM evidence points: after treatment,the TCM evidence points of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group when compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of uterine volume size under B ultrasound: the uterine volume in the treated group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the uterine volume in the control group did not decrease or even tended to increase(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant comparison between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.Comparison of drug safety: no adverse reactions occurred during drug treatment in the treatment and control groups.Conclusion:Youshi neiyi Recipe has a significant effect on adenomyosis dysmenorrhea with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The effective improvement patient’s dysmenorrhea and the concomitant symptom,enhances the patient’s quality of life.During the treatment period,no obvious adverse reactions occurred,and the clinical efficacy was definite and the safety was high. |
