Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Adenomyosis With Self-made Neiyi Prescriptio

Objective:This study observed the changes of the research indicators related to the treatment of adenomyosis Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with self-made Neiyifang,to evaluated it’s clinical efficacy and safety.To offers new treatment options and research ideas for treating adenomyosis by Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This study selected from February 2021 to January 2022,patients attended the gynecological clinic of the the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And choose 60 cases who fits the diagnostic criteria of adenomyosis syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.In Chronological Order,adopt random number table method and ivided the 60 cases into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given self-made Neiyifang,the control group was given Sanjie Zhentong capsule.Treatmented the 60 cases for three months,and the curative effect was observed after 1 month cacles of follow-up.To observe and record the changes of VAS pain score TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,Menses score and CA125 before and after treatment in the two groups,and statistical analysis of the data.Results:This clinical study include a total of 60 patients with adenomyosis Syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,all completed clinical observation studies,and data analysis.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of age,course of disease,degree of dysmenorrhea,TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,menses score,and CA125,and they were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,in terms of clinical efficacy,the total sffective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total sffective rate of the control group was83.33%.It was suggested that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM Syndrome in the two groups was lower than before(P<0.05),and the decrease in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS pain,dysmenorrhea symptoms and menses volume,and CA125 decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decrease in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to control group in the aspects of abdominal pain,heavy menses,prolonged menses,falling and distension of anus and improvement of pelvic mass nodule(P<0.05).Conclusion:By observing 60 cases of Adenomyosis syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,analysis of studies from the self-made Neiyifang and Sanjie Zhentong capsule for the treatment of Adenomyosis syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are effective.Self-made Neiyifang has better curative effect then Sanjie Zhentong capsule.The clinical application is safe and reliable,and no significant adverse events occurred in both groups.It is worthy of further promotion in clinical research.
