Research On Mining The Syndrome, Treatment And Medicine Rules Of Professor Wang Xingkuan In The Treatment Of Hypertension Based On Bayesian Networ

Objective:By establishing a Bayesian network model of the medical case data of Professor Wang Xingkuan’s treatment of hypertension,we explored the patterns of his evidence type,treatment method,herbal medicine and the three interactions,combined with related theories and medical cases to reveal the characteristic doctrines contained therein,and provided new ideas for the study of the experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.Methods:In this study,firstly,the medical cases of 502 consultations and 301 patients treated for hypertension by Professor Wang Xingkuan from January 2018 to December 2020 were standardized and entered into Microsoft office excel 2007 software to establish a database,and the frequency and frequency of evidence types,treatments,and herbal medicines were counted using the TCM inheritance computing platform and entered into the above table again The final database was established in the software;then the structure of Bayesian network was learned by using R3.4.4 software,and the relationship diagram of Bayesian network was initially constructed by using Ge NIe4.0 software.And the Bayesian network model diagram was drawn.Subsequently,the node degrees of the study variables in the Bayesian network model were counted.Finally,according to the characteristics of the graph combined with medical cases and theoretical knowledge of TCM,the relevant laws and the characteristic doctrines contained in them were analyzed and summarized.Results:(1)Pattern of evidence: The most common pattern of hypertension is hyperactivity of liver and yang,and the most critical pattern is the loss of liver and gallbladder;the basic pathogenesis is deficiency of liver and kidney as the root,and hyperactivity of yang and heat as the standard;the core pathological sites are liver,kidney,brain,governor vein,heart,and veins;the common pathological nature is yin deficiency,hyperactivity of yang,and qi depression;the common pathological products are phlegm and blood stasis.(2)Law of treatment: The most commonly used treatment for hypertension is the method of benefiting the kidney and pacifying the liver.Emphasis is placed on the clinical thinking of treating the evidence accordingly and the method follows the evidence,grasping the method of adjusting the sup of multiple organs.(3)Law of traditional Chinese medicine: Tianma is the special medicine for treating wind dizziness,focusing on the role of Shu Di Huang and Shan Yao in benefiting the kidney and filling the essence.The idea of prescription medication is to combine the core drugs of small prescriptions,experimental prescriptions and classical prescriptions with each other and add or subtract with the evidence.(4)The rule of evidence-treatment-medicine: the evidence of loss of liver and gallbladder is the key evidence of the development of hypertension,and it is most likely to be combined with other evidence.(5)Ch aracteristic doctrines: "Wind-dizziness treats the liver,and multiple organs regulate sup","Governor-heart-brain-kidney rendezvous",and "Ying and Wei share the pulse,and deficiency becomes dizziness",which show that:(1)Liver is the central organ.It is the key to cause abnormalities in the heart,blood vessels and meridians,so wind and dizziness can be treated from the liver,and the treatment needs to be regulated by multiple organs.(2)The treatment of wind dizziness should focus on the unfavorable condition of the Governor’s Vessel,and the treatment should be based on draining the Governor’s Vessel,with Pueraria Mirifica as the specific medicine.The treatment should focus on the adverse condition of the Governor’s Vessel,and the treatment should be based on unblocking the Governor’s Vessel,with Pueraria Mirifica as the specific medicine.(3)Wind dizziness is located in the Vessel and belongs to the category of heart disease.Conclusion:This study uses Bayesian networks and frequency and frequency statistics to sort out the knowledge of Professor Wang Xingkuan’s treatment of hypertension in terms of evidence,treatment and herbal medicine,analyze the patterns of evidence,treatment,herbal medicine and the relationship among them,and reveal the characteristic doctrines contained in them.The results of the study showed that Bayesian network model diagram obtained by using Bayesian network technology is concise,clear and has a good visualization effect,which can deeply explain the laws and doctrines embedded in Professor Wang Xingkuan’s treatment of hypertension,and has a very significant practical value for inheriting his academic experience,which is a comprehensive and systematic,scientific and objective advanced means,and has practical value for efficient research on the experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.
