Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Modified Wuling Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency And Its Effect On IL-6 And VEG

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Wuling powder in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,as well as its effect on interleukin-6(IL-6)and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF)levels.Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blood stasis,and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Wuling powder on the basis of the control group.The curative effect was observed after 8 weeks of continuous treatment in both groups.The clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Wuling powder were assessed by comparing the changes of TCM syndrome scores,laboratory indexes,IL-6 and VEGF levels before and after treatment in the two groups.Results: Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome scores and laboratory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),showing homogeneity and comparability.It shows that: In the two groups of patients in the clinical study,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The TCM syndromes of both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all indexes in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).Creatinine,24 h urinary protein,IL-6 and VEGF in treatment group were significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Wuling Powder is effective in treating chronic glomerulonephritis with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and has obvious improvement on Scr and 24 h urinary protein,and can effectively reduce serum IL-6 and VEGF levels.2.Jiawei Wuling Powder has no obvious side effects in the course of treatment,which is high safety and worthy of clinical promotion.
