| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and advantages of the external application of Gu Biao Lian Han Powder combined with Yu Ping Feng granles in the treatment of pediatric sweating evidence of lung and body disorder,and to provide an effective and convenient treatment method for children with sweating evidence.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 cases of children with sweating evidence who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the Chinese medicine Yu Ping Feng granules orally and placebo externally,while the treatment group was given the Chinese medicine Yu Ping Feng granules orally and the Gu Biao Lian Han Powder externally,and the duration of treatment was 1 month.The scores of symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment,the indicators of humoral immunity and cellular immunity,and the symptoms of plain susceptibility 6 months after the end of the course of treatment were recorded,and the changes were compared,and the effectiveness of the treatment of pediatric sweat evidence lung guard insular type and its impact on the immune function of the children were evaluated.Results:1.Comparison total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The efficacy of the two groups was tested by rank and order,and the results were P<0.05,which was significantly different,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,that is,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.2.Clinical symptoms: the treatment regimens adopted by both groups can significantly improve symptoms such as self-sweating(or night sweats),fatigue,face loss,poor diet,and fecal irregularities(the P in the group is <0.01,which has a very significant difference),and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the above symptoms(the P between groups is <0.05,with significant differences),but neither group can effectively improve the symptoms of plain susceptibility(the P in the group is > 0.05,there is no significant difference).3.Laboratory tests: the treatment regimens used in both groups can effectively increase the levels of serum Ig A,Ig G and T lymphocyte subsets CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and reduce cd8+ levels(the average P in the group is<0.05,with significant differences),but the serum Ig M levels have no obvious changes compared with before treatment(the P in the group is > 0.05,there is no significant difference);the treatment group is improving serum Ig A,Ig G levels were superior to those in the control group(the average P between groups < 0.05,with significant differences),while in improving cellular immune indices,the effects were comparable in both groups(both groups P > 0.05,no significant difference).4.Long-term efficacy: 6 months after the end of the treatment course,the plain plain susceptibility symptoms were followed up by telephone,and the treatment regimens adopted by both groups could significantly improve the plain susceptibility symptoms(P< 0.01 in the group,with a significant difference),and the treatment group was better than the control group(between the groups P<0.05,with significant differences).Conclusion:1.Gu Biao Lian Han Powder external application combined with Jade Screen Particles oral administration can effectively improve self-sweating(or with night sweats),plain susceptibility,fatigue,face less,less food,loose stool and other symptoms,and the efficacy is better than oral Jade Screen Particles alone.2.Gu Biao Lian Han Powder external application combined with Jade Screen Particles oral administration can effectively increase the serum Ig A and Ig G levels of children,and the improvement effect is better than that of oral jade screen particles alone. |
