| Objective:Professor Nie Huimin is a professor of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.She is a famous Chinese medicine clinician and an expert of Treatise on Cold-Attack.She won the title of ’Capital Chinese Medicine Master’ and the first national famous Chinese medicine doctor.In this study,with the help of computer-aided software,data mining was carried out on the medical records of Professor Nie Huimin in the treatment of children with pulmonary diseases.Multi-dimensional analysis of prescriptions was performed to obtain objective data results.Based on the literature and professional ability,this paper summarizes the medication rules and evolution of Professor Nie Huimin’s treatment of pediatric pulmonary diseases,in order to provide ideas and experience for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pulmonary diseases.Methods:This study uses the research method of philology to comprehensively collect and sort out the medical records and related literature of Professor Nie Huimin ’s treatment of children’s pulmonary diseases.After data cleaning and standardization,the medical case database is established.The ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,R-Studio3.6.2,Mul-Charts1.8 and other software were used to analyze the statistical analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and core prescription analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,and the annual changes of high-frequency drugs were analyzed,and the rules were visualized.Chi-square test was used for concurrent disease-Chinese medicine analysis and treatment-Chinese medicine analysis to obtain Chinese medicine for concurrent disease and Chinese medicine corresponding to treatment.Combined with Professor Nie Huimin ’s related books and professional theoretical knowledge,the clinical medication rules of Professor Nie Huimin in the treatment of pediatric pulmonary diseases were analyzed and studied.Results:1005 cases of pediatric pulmonary diseases treated by Professor Nie Huimin from 1998 to 2005 were collected and screened,including 618 cases of pediatric cough,220 cases of pediatric fever,59 cases of pharyngeal symptoms,40 cases of nasal symptoms,and 68 cases of pulmonary diseases.The above medical record prescriptions were statistically analyzed in terms of four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism,and the corresponding medication characteristics were obtained.Different diseases are analyzed according to the characteristics of the collected medical records,in order to obtain the most appropriate conclusions,as follows:1.All 1005 cases of Professor Nie Huimin’s treatment of children ’s lung diseases were analyzed by high-frequency Chinese medicine statistics and Chinese medicine-Chinese medicine correlation analysis.High-frequency Chinese medicines were Bupleurum,Glycyrrhiza,Fritillaria,Platycodon grandiflorum,Scutellaria,Forsythia,Forsythia,Oyster,honeysuckle,Zhigancao,white peony,etc.The most frequently used drug pairs were Glycyrrhiza-Chaihu,Bupleurum-Scutellaria,Fritillaria-Platycodon grandiflorum,Glycyrrhiza-Fritillaria,Bupleurum-Fritillaria,Glycyrrhiza-Platycodon grandiflorum,Platycodon-Chaihu,Forsythia-Chaihu,etc.2.The cases of Professor Nie Huimin ’s treatment of pediatric cough were analyzed by high-frequency Chinese medicine statistics,hierarchical cluster analysis,core prescription analysis,annual change analysis,and syndrome-Chinese medicine analysis.The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines obtained were Bupleurum,Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Platycodonis Radix,Oyster,Scutellariae Radix,Prepared Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Keel,etc.The cluster analysis showed that the drug group 2 was Bupleurum,Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Platycodonis Radix,Scutellariae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Prepared Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Oyster,Keel,Paeoniae Radix Alba,which was consistent with the drugs analyzed by the core prescription.It was based on Xiaochaihu Decoction,Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and Jiegeng Decoction.The analysis of the changes in the flow year showed that the proportion of fried Sanxian increased overall,suggesting that more attention was paid to regulating the spleen and stomach.Analysis of accompanied symptoms-Chinese medicine showed that the accompanied symptoms were mainly the symptoms of lung,spleen and stomach,and the treatment was still based on regulating lung,spleen and stomach.3.High-frequency Chinese medicine statistics,hierarchical cluster analysis,core prescription analysis,annual change analysis,and concurrent disease-Chinese medicine analysis were performed on Professor Nie Huimin ’s treatment of children with fever.The most frequently used drugs were bupleurum,Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,liquorice,scutellaria,honeysuckle,platycodon grandiflorum,forsythia,Imperata cylindrica,reed root,gardenia,etc.Cluster analysis showed that the drug group 1 was bupleurum,Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,scutellaria,liquorice,platycodon grandiflorum,honeysuckle,forsythia,Imperata cylindrica,reed root,which was consistent with the drugs analyzed by the core prescription.It was the drug composition of Chaihu Jiere Decoction,which was the empirical prescription of Professor Nie Huimin in the treatment of fever in children.The annual change analysis showed that the proportion of Radix Scrophulariae and Radix Isatidis decreased,while the proportion of Oyster and Fried Shenqu increased,suggesting that the medication tended to be more peaceful and protect the spleen and stomach.The analysis of accompanied symptoms-Chinese medicine showed that the accompanied symptoms were mainly the symptoms of lung,spleen,stomach and liver,and the treatment was still mainly based on regulating lung,spleen,stomach and liver.4.Professor Nie Huimin ’s treatment of children with pharyngeal symptoms was analyzed by symptom-Chinese medicine correlation analysis.From the data conclusion,it can be seen that Professor Nie takes clearing away heat and promoting pharynx as the main method,and uses Jiegeng Decoction plus Forsythia,Radix Isatidis and Radix Scrophulariae to treat pharyngeal redness and sore throat.The case of Professor Nie Huimin’s treatment of nasal symptoms in children was analyzed by symptom-Chinese medicine association analysis.It was concluded that Professor Nie ’s treatment of nasal symptoms in children was mainly Xinsan Xuantong,Liangxue Zhixue.Xanthii Fructus,Magnoliae Flos,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Chrysanthemum,Scutellariae Radix and so on were often used to treat nasal congestion and runny nose.Professor Nie Huimin ’s treatment-Chinese medicine correlation analysis of the medical records of children ’s recovery conditioning by Professor Nie Huimin shows that Professor Nie Huimin’s treatment of children’s recovery conditioning is mainly to regulate the spleen and stomach,regulate the lung,clear the residual heat and promote the pharynx.Conclusions:Professor Nie Huimin discusses the pathogenesis of children ’s lung diseases from depression.She believes that the etiology of children’s lung diseases is mostly exogenous,and the external pathogens are closed.The lung qi is lost in the Xuanjiang,and the upper Jiao qi movement is blocked.Therefore,the upper Jiao lung qi stagnation is the key to the pathogenesis.Professor Nie regards regulating qi and relieving depression as the main method.She advocates that children are the body of Shaoyang,and the first choice of treatment is to reconcile Shaoyang and transfer pivot to regulate depression.Other specific treatment methods include light and clear medication,penetrating evil and relieving depression,dispersing and descending lung qi,regulating lung and relieving depression,clearing heat and nourishing yin,resolving phlegm and relieving depression,paying attention to spleen and stomach,regulating middle qi and relieving depression,astringing qi and resolving depression.The methods are used to dredge the qi of internal and external depression,restore the orderly operation of the body’s qi movement,so as to achieve the purpose of clearing the depression of internal and external depression,so as to restore the normal release of lung qi.Its clinical practice also pays great attention to regulating the spleen and stomach and protecting the qi of the spleen and stomach.Professor Nie is good at using combined prescriptions to treat children ’s lung diseases with cold and warm communication.The combined prescriptions commonly used in the treatment of children’s lung diseases include Chaihu Jiere Decoction,Chaihu Shigao Decoction,Chaihu Xiebai Powder,Chaihu Kaiwei Decoction and Chaihu Sini Powder. |
