Study On The Medication Regularity Of Wu Jutong In The Treatment Of Pediatric Diseases

Objective:To sort out the typical medical records related to the treatment of various pediatric diseases in the literature of Wu Jutong Medical Records,explore the applied clinical methods,application rules and scientific thinking of Wu Jutong in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases,and summarize Wu Jutong’s medication rules for the treatment of pediatric diseases through data mining,combining with the "difficult to solve children" part of Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases and various pediatric ideas in Medical Records,so as to provide medical theory and guidance for the study of modern Chinese medicine pediatrics and its clinical work.Methods:The method of combining statistical analysis with literature research was adopted,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing platform V3.0(TCMICS V3.0)was used to mine and summarize the data,and the medical records and provisions of Wu Jitong’s treatment of pediatric diseases were collected and sorted out to establish a database.The application frequency,meridian tropism,taste,association rules,efficacy indications and contraindication in drug-using for treating pediatric diseases in Wu Jutong were analyzed and studied,and the medication rules of Wu Jutong for treating pediatric diseases were summarized.Results:1 Statistical results of drug frequency analysis:There are 172 drugs included in the calculation,and the drug frequency is 3159 times.Among the top 20 drugs,honeysuckle is the most frequently used,followed by platycodon grandiflorum and forsythia,which are the core drugs commonly used in Wu Jutong;According to the statistical analysis of drugs,heat-clearing drugs are more common,accounting for 28.24%of the total,and the rest drugs are tonic drugs,exterior-relieving drugs,phlegm-resolving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving drugs,diuresis-promoting and dampness-eliminating drugs,etc.Among the four drugs,cold drugs are most common,followed by warm drugs and flat drugs.Among the five drugs,sweet drugs are the most,followed by bitter drugs and pungent drugs,and salty drugs and sour drugs are relatively few;As far as the meridian tropism of drugs is concerned,lung,spleen and stomach are the most,accounting for 56.81%of the total.A total of 110 association rules were used,with the common drug pair being Honeysuckle-Forsythia,etc.,the three-drug drug group being Honeysuckle-Platycodon grandiflorum-Forsythia,etc.,and the multi-drug drug group being Honeysuckle-Platycodon grandiflorum-Forsythia-Burdock,etc.,and four core combinations were evolved.2 Through literature review and research,it was found that Wu Jutong’s medication characteristics for treating pediatric diseases can be classified into four categories:constitutional medication,four qi and five flavor medication,timing medication,and drug contraindications.Among them,the characteristics of physical medication can be summarized as:emphasizing the spleen and stomach,and regulating the middle energizer;Be cautious in using supplements and avoid indiscriminate investment;Mastering the dosage and using medication with ease and agility;Medicine and food are homologous,supplemented by dietary therapy;External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,leveraging its advantages.The characteristics of the Four Qi and Five Flavors medication can be summarized as:being good at using spicy and cool,skillfully using spicy and warm,using sweet taste more,and being cautious in using bitter and cold.The characteristics of Tianshi medication can be summarized as follows:children belong to spring in the east,and medication is less glyceride and acid;Grasp favorable timing and use medication correctly and prudently;Comply with the four seasons of yin and yang,and remember the idea of not getting sick.The drug contraindications can be summarized as:caution when using attacking drugs,contraindications for pimples,and not to use indiscriminately for diarrhea.3 Determine the law of Wu Jutong’s drug use in treating pediatric diseases,excavate and clarify Wu’s academic thoughts on treating pediatric diseases,and enrich the theory of pediatric febrile diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Wu Jutong has his own unique theoretical characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of various pediatric diseases,which contains many principles and methods of treatment and new academic ideas,and has certain academic laws to follow.This thesis focuses on the application characteristics of Wu’s treatment of various pediatric diseases,and systematically interprets its application rules,enriching and expanding the theory of pediatric treatment in ancient Chinese medicine,and providing new ideas and opening up new perspectives for the clinical treatment of pediatric diseases based on syndrome differentiation.
