Exploring Li Yunbo's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function Based On Data Minin

Objective:This study collected the first diagnosis prescriptions of patients with clinically effective Diminished Ovarian Reserve(DOR)hormone levels and symptoms by Professor Li Yunbo through the treatment of DOR clinically through the use of traditional Chinese medicine.Li Yunbo Professor TCM treatment of DOR medication rules,provides a more scientific statistical basis for the development and inheritance of TCM in the field of reproductive endocrinology,and preliminary analysis of the clinical ideas of Professor Li Yunbo for the treatment of DOR,for the reference of colleagues.Method:From January 2012 to March 2021,Li Yunbo Professor’s outpatient treatment of patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,liver and kidney insufficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency DOR patients was collected,cases were screened,and the first diagnosis prescription was extracted.Enter the prescription into the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform V2.5(TCMISS V2.5)to analyze the drug association rules,including the frequency statistics of syndrome types,the frequency of drug use,the four qi and five flavors,the meridian of the drugs,and the high-frequency drug pairs,and based on this First,get a new prescription,and finally summarize and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience of Professor Li Yunbo.Result:After sorting,a total of 131 prescriptions were collected in this study,involving 152 traditional Chinese medicines.Top ten commonly used traditional Chinese medicines:Rehmannia glutinosa,Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Astragali,Eucommia,Bupleurum,Cuscuta,Cortex Moutan,Jujube Seed Wait.The order of medicinal properties is warm,cold,calm,cold,and hot,and the order of medicinal tastes is sweet,bitter,pungent,sour,astringent,and salty,and mainly belongs to the liver,kidney,and spleen channels.In the included medical records,the statistical frequency of the three T CM syndrome types in descending order is kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.The clinical treatment and treatment vary depending on the syndrome differentiation.Among them,the kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome is Shu Dihuang,Atractylodes,Angelica,Chinese yam,Bupleurum,Eucommia,White peony root,Turmeric,Astragalus,Suanzaoren and other kidney-tonifying and liver-smoothing medicines;liver and kidney deficiency syndromes include Moutan cortex,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Adenophora Radix,Rehmannia glutinosa,Wheat Winter,Chinese yam,Angelica,Astragalus,Bupleurum,Atractylodes macrocephala and other medicines for nourishing the kidney and liver,nourishing yin and nourishing blood;the deficiency of the spleen and kidney is mainly Atractylodes,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rehmannia glutinosa,Chinese Yam,Amomum villosum,Angelica,Eucommia,Poria,Muxiang,Astragalus and other spleen and kidney medicines.The top five rankings of high-frequency drugs are:①Rehmannia glutinosa-Atractylodes;②Rehmannia glutinosa-Yam;③Atractylodes rhizome-Yam;④Rehmannia glutinosa-Eucommia;⑤Rehmannia glutinosa-White peony.Association rules sorting:①Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix serrata->Atractylodes macrocephala;②Eucommia ulmoides,Radix Paeoniae Alba->Bupleurum;③Rehmannia glutinosa,Eucommia ulmoides,Bupleurum->Atractylodes;④Eucommia ulmoides,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Bupleurum->Atractylodes macrocephala;⑤Atractylodes macrocephala,Yam,Bupleurum->Rehmannia glutinosa.Five potential new prescriptions were obtained through cluster analysis:① Dipsacus-Suanzaoren-Morinda officinalis-Moutan cortex;② Raw licorice-Dogwood-Atractylodes macrocephala-Zhimu;③ Zelan-Panax notoginseng-Qumai-Drynaria fortunei;④ Licorice-Gorgon-HawthornFangfeng-Smilax;⑤ Licorice-Gorgon-Hawthorn-Fangfeng-Smilax.Conclusion:The results of the study showed that the DOR syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression is more common in the included medical records,followed by the syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency,and the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency;Professor Li Yunbo considers that the pathogenesis of DOR mainly starts with the two ends of deficiency and excess,and the fundamental pathogenesis is the kidney essence.Deficiency,the drugs used in the treatment are mainly to nourish the kidney,sooth the liver,and invigorate the spleen,and take into account nourishing yin and clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Essence medicine runs through DOR treatment,and the new prescriptions obtained by cluster analysis have certain theoretical value and representativeness,which can provide references for clinical exploration and experimental research.
