Summary Of The Medication Rules Of Non-heavy Metal-containing Muscle-generating Powde

Objective:Topical myogenesis is one of the unique theories of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,after more than 2,000 years of development,the clinical application value is still long-lasting,and the development of surgical theory is gradually mature.In this study,the medication and composition characteristics of non-heavy metal-containing topical myogenic powder in ancient texts of traditional Chinese medicine surgery were analyzed by data mining technology,and the medication rules of safe and effective topical myogenic powder for the treatment of chronic refractory wounds were summarized,in order to provide clinical medication ideas.Methodology:Taking the large-scale electronic book "Chinese Medical Codex" published by Hunan Electronic Audio and Video Publishing House as the search database,the search scope of "clinical examination departments trauma department" is taken as the search scope,and"muscle growth","closing mouth","long meat","raw meat","new birth","sores","mouth","muscle supplement" and "meat supplement" are used as the search keywords,and a combination of computer search and manual search is adopted.For the retrieved prescriptions,the processed drugs are standardized according to the inclusion standards,and the processed data are entered into the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform for system standardization and database is established again for data statistics,frequency analysis,drug taste attribution analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis,community analysis,complex network and factor analysis.Results:(1)The statistical results of general data frequency show that there are a total of 103 prescriptions in various departments of clinical evidence-traumatology-general theory of surgery and clinical examination departments-traumatology-surgical monographs,from 28 ancient books,of which the top 3 in the number of medical cases are included in the top 3 from high to low,namely:Gu Shicheng’s "Complete Book of Medicine"(14 articles)in the Qing Dynasty,Wang Kentang’s "Criterion for Evidence and Treatment"(14 articles)in the Ming Dynasty,and Qi Kun’s "Surgical Dacheng"(7 articles)in the Qing Dynasty;Qing Dynasty Chen Shiduo’s"Surgical Records"(7 articles)accounted for a total of about 40.78%.(2)The statistical results of the frequency of traditional Chinese medicines showed that among the 103 muscle-building formulas,a total of 176 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were involved,with a cumulative frequency of 585 times,of which there were 16 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency≥10,namely Bai Zhi,Angelica,Ice Flakes,Frankincense,Myrrh,Blood Depletion,Licorice,Beeswax,Catchin,Red Peony,Keel,Coptis Lian,Musk,Duhuo,Skullcap,and Pearl.(3)The results of the four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine showed that the four qi were used most often with warm drugs,with a frequency of 181times followed by flatdrugs and cold drugs,with a frequency of 113 times and 106 times,while the frequency of heat,cold and toxic drugs were all below 10 times.The five flavors were mainly bitter,spicy,sweet and salty and astringent drugs,and the frequency was 255,246,240,69 and 47 times,while the frequency of light,slightly spicy,slightly sweet,hot,slightly salty,slightly acidic a nd slightly astringent drugs were all below 10 times(4)The results of traditional Chinese medicine attribution showed that the drug was used the most in the liver menstruation,with a frequency of 292 times,followed by drugs for spleen meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian,the frequency is 266 times,253,183,176,119,and all of them were higher than the average frequency.The order of menstrual frequency is liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian,gastric meridian,kidney meridian,large intestine meridian,bladder meridian,gallbladder meridian,small intestine meridian,pericardial meridian,and trifocal meridian.(5)The statistical results of the efficacy frequency of traditional Chinese medicines showed that there were 10 kinds of 103 first prescriptions that were used in all the efficacy attributes of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency≥ 25 times,followed by detoxification(44 times),wind and pain relief(39 times),swelling and muscle growth(38 times),enlightenment and awakening of the mind(34 times),blood revitalization and pain(33 times),clearing heat and dampness(32 times),dissolving the surface and dispelling cold(29 times),reducing swelling and draining pus(28 times),clearing heat and detoxification(27 times),and moisturizing and laxative(26 times)(6)The association analysis showed that 12 pairs of traditional Chinese medicine combinations appeared in 24 sets of association rule data:myrrh,frankincense frankincene blood exhaustion,licorice-angelica,licorice-baizhi,bees wax angelica,angelicabaizhi,red peony-baizhi,frankincense-catechin,icechips-catechin,blood exhaustion-catechin,blood exhaustion-myrrh,catechin myrrh.(7)Cluster analysis yielded a total of 5 drug combinations:group 1:frankincense,myrrh,blood exhaustion,catechin;Group 2:Ice chips,musk,keel,pearls;Group 3:Bai Zhi,Red Peony,Solitary Life;Group 4:Angelica,beeswax;Group 5:Coptis,lico-rice,skullcap.(8)The analysis of the associations yielded 7 associations.(9)Complex network analysis and screening can obtain a complex network diagram composed of 17 flavored drugs such as licorice,white pycnogenol,solitary life,red peony,betel nut,woody fragrance,frankincense,myrrh,catechin,blood exhaustion,ice chips,keel,musk,beeswax,angelica,rehmannia and skullcap,among which the 8 flavored drugs of frankincense,myrrh,blood exhaustion,catechin,ice chips,angelica,bai zhi and licorice have more common edges,higher node tightness,and closer connection.(10)Factor analysis yielded 5 factors and corresponding 5 groups of medicinal combinations,factor 1 was composed of angelica,scutellaria baicalensis,huanglian,solitary and ice chips,which were cut from "scutellaria baicalensis",Factor 2 is composed of keel,red peony and baizhi,and is cut by "Hong Baodan" and "Jinchuang Yingjian",Factor 4 is composed of beeswaxblood exhaustion,and myrrh,and is cut by "muscle pills",Factor 5 is mainlycomposed of frankincense,pearl and catechin that can be combined with factor 4;Factor 3 consists of licorice and musk.Conclusion:In this study,the medication rules of non-heavy metal containingmyogen-ic external prescription drugs were collected and sorted out from the ancient surgical books of previous generations,and non-toxic and effective myogenic prescription drugs and medication ideas were explored for the clinical treatment of chronic refractory wounds.
