Research On The Clinical Medication Rules Of Professor Qu Jianhua In The Treatment Of Neurodermatitis Based On Data Minin

Objective:Data mining technology was used to collect,summarize and sort out the outpatient medical records of Professor Qu Jianhua in the treatment of neurodermatitis,and summarize his experience and medication rules in the treatment of neurodermatitis,so as to better learn and inherit academic thoughts and provide experience reference for the clinical treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods:Through HIS system used by Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University,information of patients with neurodermatitis treated by Professor Qu Jianhua from January 2011 to December 2021 was collected,and effective cases were screened by referring to TCM symptom scores.Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to classify and extract the effective information and establish a database to analyze the frequency of prescription drugs,drug efficacy,four Qi,five taste,meridian,etc.SPSS modeler 14.1 statistical software was used for drug association rule analysis and complex association network diagram construction.SPSS statistics 21.0 was used to draw the clustering tree of the system.At the same time,Professor Qu Jianhua’s experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment for many years was summarized through interviews,and Professor Qu Jianhua’s experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of neurodermatitis were comprehensively summarized in the way of"man-machine combination and expert based".Results:A total of 566 patients with 1682consultations were included in this study.1.General information of the cases:the male to female ratio of 568 patients was about 1:1.83,and most of them were females.The age distribution was concentrated in 14-97 years old,with an average age of 50.94 years old.2.Analysis of high-frequency drug use:A total of 1682 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 306 drugs and 23687 drug frequency,with an average of 14 drugs in a single prescription,among which a total of 30 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency higher than 200 were used.According to the statistical results,The top 15 drugs were Radix Fuzi,Mother of pearl,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Red Peony root,white fresh skin,spatholobi,gentian,Phellodendron phellodendron,Gentian,Radix Phellodendron officinalis,Radix sophora flavescens,Tribulus white,jujube seed,Radix paeoniae,Radix atractylodendron and Angelica Radix.Their main effects were clearing heat and drying dampness,cooling blood and detoxifying blood,nourishing blood,moisturizing skin and relieving itch.The top three drugs in terms of efficacy were heat-clearing drugs,deficient-tonifying drugs and moisture-enhancing drugs.The drugs were mainly bitter and cold,and most of them entered liver meridian.3.Analysis of drug frequency:The high-frequency drugs in gastrointestinal dampnessheat syndrome,lung wind-heat syndrome and dampness-heat syndrome all include salvia,angelica,ligusticum chuanxiong,honeysuckle,forsythia,skullcap and cortex phellodendron.And the above 7 herbs can be classified as the core prescription of Professor Qu Jianhua for the treatment of acne.The drug is mainly bitter cold,supplemented by gan wen,xin Wen,into the liver,spleen,stomach and lung meridian.Antipyretic drugs,blood-quickening stasistransforming medicinal and tonify deficiency medicine accounted for a relatively high。4.Analysis of association rules:common medicine for the "belvedere fruit,mother of pearl",the "salvia miltiorrhiza,mother of pearl",the "mother of pearl,red paeony root","belvedere fruit,red paeony root," "belvedere fruit--cortex dictamni".In terms of drug combination,caulis spatholobi,salvia miltiorrhiza,ground skin seed→ mother of pearl was the strongest correlation.5.Systematic cluster analysis:Through cluster analysis,high-frequency drugs could be divided into 7 groups:① Mother of pearl,Salvia miltiorrhiza,cauligolobi spatholobi,Red Peony root,Rhizome,gentian,Gentiana Gentiana,white fresh bark,Suanjujube kernel,Phellodendron phellodendron,sophora flavescens,white peony root;Fu God,chrysanthemum;③ Atractylodes atractylodes,Coix seed,tangerine peel and poria coix;(4)Scutellaria scutellaria,Moutan bark,licorice and Rehmannia sinensis;⑤ Angelica sinensis,ligusticum Chuanxiong,Radix aconitum and parsnips;⑥Scorpion,Witting fairy,white Tribulus;⑦Purslane.Conclusion:Professor Qu Jianhua believed that "wind,dampness,heat and deficiency"were the important factors of neurodermatitis,and "dampness and heat and blood deficiency"were the key factors.The location of the disease is mainly in the lung and spleen,which are closely related to the liver and kidney.The treatment follows the principle of Fuzheng and dispelling evil.The basic treatment is to clear heat and remove dampness,dispel wind and relieve pruritic,dredging liver and promoting blood circulation,nourishing blood and moisturizing skin,and to tonify deficiency and rehabilitate the spleen and stomach.The core prescriptions were mother of pearl,Miltiorrhiza miltiorrhiza,Cauligroup spatholobi,Radix paeoniae,Radix gentiana,Gentiana Gentiana,Radix Paeoniae macrophylla,Radix jujube seed,Radix phellodendron phellodendron,Radix sophora flavescens and Radix Paeoniae Radix Paeoniae,and the core prescriptions were increased and decreased with the symptoms.The commonly used pair is the skin seed-mother of pearl,salvia miltiorrhiza-mother of pearl.Make good use of tonifying and promoting blood circulation drugs,such as angelica sinensis,caulis spatholobi,etc.,use light spirit,good clinical effect.
