Background:At present,the cause of traditional Chinese medicine has entered a golden period of rapid development.As the main force in the development of traditional Chinese medicine,the training quality of traditional Chinese medicine talents will have an important impact on the development process of traditional Chinese medicine.The introduction of relevant policies in recent years shows that improving the classic ability of traditional Chinese medicine talents has become the need of the national strategy of traditional Chinese medicine.College education is the main way to cultivate talents of traditional Chinese medicine at present.As the only way to help talents of traditional Chinese medicine build the theoretical system and thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,the classic course of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in college education of traditional Chinese medicine,and its course quality has gradually been valued by all parties in recent years.Objective:The purpose of this study is to take the four classical courses of traditional Chinese medicine offered in the undergraduate education stage of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine as the research object,take the CIPP evaluation model as the theoretical guidance,cut in from the perspective of students,start from the whole process of curriculum setting,fully excavate the curriculum characteristics,build a comprehensive,scientific and targeted quality evaluation index system of classical courses of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide tool support for the reform of classical courses of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:(1)Literature research method:firstly,in the stage of selecting common evaluation indicators,retrieve the relevant literature of curriculum evaluation,and extract the secondary and tertiary indicators and their connotation that can evaluate the elements of the curriculum;Secondly,in the stage of mining curriculum characteristics,retrieve the literature related to the education and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine classic curriculum,so as to realize the mining of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine classic curriculum.(2)Text analysis method:Taking the syllabus of classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine in the undergraduate education stage of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine as the text object,the text object is analyzed by means of semantic analysis,induction and extraction,so as to realize the mining of the characteristics of classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine.(3)Semi structured interview method:firstly,in the process of establishing the evaluation index system,we draw up the interview outline,select 25 teachers and students to conduct the interview by convenient sampling,and code the interview materials by means of qualitative research "three-level coding",so as to realize the mining of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses;Secondly,in the process of the feasibility test of the evaluation index system,before the formal issuance of the pre questionnaire,10 students who have completed the classic course of traditional Chinese medicine are selected by convenient sampling to carry out cognitive interviews on the contents of the questionnaire to ensure the clarity of the contents of the questionnaire.(4)Delphi method:prepare the expert consultation questionnaire,invite 15 experts to score the importance of the index and revise the connotation of the name by means of two rounds of correspondence,and calculate the expert enthusiasm coefficient,authority coefficient and consistency coefficient at the same time,so as to realize the quality and efficiency test of the expert consultation results.(5)Precedence chart method:prepare expert consultation questionnaire,invite 10 experts to compare the importance of indicators,and realize the weight assignment of the index system.(6)Questionnaire survey method:the questionnaire is designed according to the index system,the pre survey is carried out in a small range in the way of convenient sampling,and the feasibility of the evaluation index system is tested based on the pre survey data.Result:(1)Formation of quality evaluation index framework of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses:the four dimensions of context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and product evaluation in CIPP evaluation model are used as the primary indicators of the quality evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses.On this basis,the curriculum evaluation literature and policies are sorted out,and 11 secondary indicators and 29 tertiary indicators are preliminarily selected.Further through reading the literature related to the education and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses This paper analyzes the syllabus of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses in the undergraduate education stage of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine and the way of semi-structured teacher-student interviews,dig out the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine classic course in four aspects:course status,course content,course arrangement and course teaching,extracts five tertiary indicators with curriculum characteristics based on the characteristics of the course,and forms the quality evaluation index framework of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses.(2)Establishment of quality evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses:the establishment of index system includes index screening process and weight assignment process.The index screening process is completed by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.The expert team includes 10 teachers of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses and 5 experts of higher education research.In the first round of consultation,two tertiary indicators are eliminated and the connotation and name of 10 indicators are modified according to the boundary value standard.In the second round of consultation,no indicators are eliminated and modified.The final quality evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses includes four primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators.The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation is 100%,the authority coefficient is 0.957 and 0.955 respectively,and the coordination coefficients are 0.128 and 0.136 respectively(P are all less than 0.05).It can be considered that the results of the two rounds of expert consultation have high authority and confidence,and the coordination degree of expert opinions has been improved after the second round of consultation.The weight coefficient of the index is calculated according to the principle of the precedence chart method,and the expert team is composed of 10 teachers of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses.According to the calculation results,it is found that among the four primary indicators,the largest weight value is "product evaluation(0.300)",and the smallest is "context evaluation(0.175)";Among the 11 secondary indicators,the largest weight value is "course goal achievement degree(0.210)",and the smallest is"course assessment(0.031)";Among the 32 tertiary indicators,the largest weight value is"appropriateness(0.085)",and the smallest is "class size(0.009)" and "practice link(0.009)".(3)Feasibility test of the quality evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses:the reliability test results show that the overall Cronbach;s α is 0.966,and all primary indicators Cronbach;s α are 0.839,0.891,0.949 and 0.920 respectively;In the validity test,the KMO value reached 0.942,and Bartlett’s spherical test P<0.05.The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire structure was well divided,and it can be considered that the reliability and validity of the index system was good.Based on the pre survey data,it is further analyzed that the current classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine in the undergraduate education stage of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine have scientific guiding ideas,reasonable opening time,excellent ethics and style of teachers,rich learning materials,efficient teaching implementation Construction advantages of reasonable assessment scheme;At the same time,there are some problems,such as large class size,"insufficient" course hours,compact distribution of class hours,inadequate integration of curriculum theory and practice,lack of standards for the quality of teaching materials,insufficient clinical ability of teachers and so on.Conclusion:Under the guidance of CIPP evaluation model and from the perspective of students,this study adopts multiple research methods combined with literature research method,text analysis method,semi-structured interview method,Delphi method,precedence chart method and questionnaire survey method to form an evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine classics curriculum quality suitable for undergraduate education.After testing,this index system is scientific and effective from the theoretical and practical levels,It can provide tool support for classical education reform in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
