Purpose:This study conducted the clinical observation of chiropractic massage on children with asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,and explored its clinical effect on children with asthma, and provided an intervention method for clinical prevention of asthma-susceptible children from developing asthma.Materials and methods: This study adopts a cohort study design, taking children with asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen as the research object, taking "massage and chiropractic" as the exposure factor. The susceptible children were divided into an intervention cohort and a control cohort. The intervention cohort was given massage and chiropractic intervention, and the control cohort was given health guidance. There were 100 cases in each cohort. The treatment course of intervention in both cohorts was 6 months.3-month conditioning and 6-month conditioning visits were conducted to evaluate the effect of massage and chiropractic on asthma with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome by counting the incidence of outcome indicators(asthma),the improvement of TCM constitution score, the frequency of respiratory tract infections and the occurrence of wheezing.Clinical outcomes in susceptible children.result:1.Comparison of outcome indicatorsBy the end of follow-up,the incidence of asthma in the intervention cohort(10.3%)was lower than that in the control cohort(27%)(2=7.978,P<0.05),indicating that the intervention cohort was better than the control cohort in preventing asthma.2.Comparison of TCM constitution scoresAfter massage and chiropractic conditioning, the transformation score of lung and spleen deficiency in the intervention cohort was significantly lower than that in the control cohort(P<0.05),and in the correlation of muscle weakness, fatigue, poor appetite, poor complexion, easy cold, and sweating when moving The symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control cohort(P<0.05),indicating that the intervention cohort was better in improving children’s TCM constitution.3.Analysis and comparison of curative effectThe intervention cohort(total effective rate: 67.8%)was significantly better than the control cohort(total effective rate: 19.1%)(P<0.05),and the frequency of respiratory tract infections and wheezing were significantly lower than those of the control cohort(P<0.05),indicating that the intervention The efficacy of the cohort was better than that of the control cohort.Conclusion:1.Tuina and chiropractic therapy has a good clinical effect on the intervention of lung-qi deficiency and asthma-prone children;2.Massage and chiropractic is better than health guidance in reducing the outcome index(the incidence of asthma),achieving the purpose of "prevention before disease" and "prevention of disease change",and embodies the idea of "treatment before disease";3.Massage and chiropractic therapy can improve the symptoms of asthma-susceptible children with deficiency of lung spleen and spleen, easy fatigue, poor appetite, poor complexion, easy to catch colds, etc.,and it is safe and easy to be accepted by children, which is worthy of promotion and application.
