| Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction in the stage of apoplectic soft paralysis,in order to open a new idea for clinical treatment.Materials and Methods: The 60 clinical patients who the met criteria were divided to a treatment group and a normal group by random numbers the method,30 cases in every group. Both groups received basic internal medicine treatment and basic rehabilitation therapy, the treatment group received electroacupuncture therapy, and the control group received simple body acupuncture therapy.Treatment was once a day,30 minutes each time,6 times a week, and four weeks was a course of treatment. All patients were evaluated by stroke neurological deficit score(NIHSS scale),Brunnstrom hemiplegic motor evaluation, lower terminatio motor function(abbreviate Fugl-Meyer metor function scores)and activity ofeveryday living(modified Barthel indes)before and after remedy. The duration of the flaccid phase was recorded during the course of the disease.SPSS 25.0 software is used for statistical analysis, the count data were subjected to the X2 test, the measurement data were subjected into the t tests, and the rank data was subjected to the rank sum test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Before treatment, there were no obvious differences in gender, age, the disease course, nature of lesions and hemiplegia between the two groups(P>0.05),and the groups were comparable.2.National Institute out Health stroke(NIHSS): The scores of the two groups were significantly lower before and after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that electroacupuncture and everyone acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of neurological deficit in patients, and the score of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01),indicating that the improvement of neurological deficit symptoms in patients treated with electroacupuncture is more significant than that of body acupuncture.3.Brunnstrom stage: after 4 weeks of treatment,27 patients in the treatment group and 21 patients in the control group have separated from the soft paralysis stage, with combined or separated movement, and the improvement in the treatment group is more obvious, indicating that electroacupuncture has a more significant effect on improving the symptoms of soft paralysis(P<0.05).4.Fugl Meyer(FMA)lower limb motor function score: after 4 weeks treatment, the lower limb FMA scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that electroacupuncture and body acupuncture significantly improved the lower limb motor dysfunction of patients with soft paralysis, but the curative effect difference was not significant.5.Improved Barthel(BI)index: after a month treatment, the Bi scores of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.01),indicating that electroacupuncture and body acupuncture can improve the living ability of patients, and the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group, indicating that electroacupuncture can improve the ability of daily living activities of patients more significantly than body acupuncture(P<0.01).6.Duration of soft paralysis: after 4 weeks of treatment,it was found that the duration of soft paralysis in the treatment group was shorter, indicating that electroacupuncture treatment can significantly shorten the duration of soft paralysis and get rid of soft paralysis faster than body acupuncture treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Both electroacupuncture and simple body acupuncture can improve the motor dysfunction of the lower limbs in the stage of stroke flaccid paralysis, but the effect of electroacupuncture is better than that of simple body acupuncture.2.The electroacupuncture treatment group was superior to the simple body acupuncture treatment group in improving the symptoms of neurological deficits, improving the activities of daily living, and shortening the duration of flaccid paralysis. |
