| Objective:This study used repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with neo-Bobath therapy to treat stroke hemiplegic patients and observe its effects on lower limb motor function, balance function, and daily life function in post-stroke hemiplegic patients. To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with neoBobath therapy on the functional recovery status of lower limbs in stroke hemiplegic patients, and to provide a more effective rehabilitation method for clinical purposes. Methods:Ninety patients who met the criteria for first stroke hemiplegia were selected and divided into 30 cases each in the combined group,Bobath group and r TMS group using the random number remainder grouping method. All stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria received conventional rehabilitation and conventional medication. The Bobath group received neo-Bobath therapy for lower limb functional training, the r TMS group received low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic therapy, and the combined group received low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic therapy first, followed by neo-Bobath-guided rehabilitation immediately afterwards, and patients in the three groups were treated continuously for 5 days per week for a total of The duration of each treatment was slightly different depending on the training. The Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Score(FMA-L),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),6-minute walk test(6MWT)and gait temporal parameters collected by the gait analysis system were used as observation indexes to evaluate the rehabilitation efficacy of the patients with stroke hemiplegia.Results:1.After rehabilitation treatment in the combined group,Bobath group and r TMS group, the FMA-L score,MBI score,BBS score and 6MWT distance of stroke hemiplegic patients in the three groups were improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment effect of the combined group was found to be better than both the Bobath group and the r TMS group by two-by-two comparison, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After rehabilitation treatment, the FMA-L score and MBI score of stroke hemiplegic patients in the r TMS group were superior compared with the Bobath group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After 4 weeks of rehabilitation treatment, the gait temporal parameters of patients in both the Bobath group and the combined group improved, and the gait speed and walking cycle of patients in the r TMS group improved, and the improvement of gait temporal parameters of patients in the combined group was significantly better than those in the Bobath and r TMS groups, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with new neo-Bobath therapy can improve the lower limb motor function, balance function and walking function of stroke hemiplegia, and improve their daily living activities.2.The clinical safety of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with new neo-Bobath therapy is relatively good, and it is worthy of further clinical promotion. |
