Based On Literature Research, The Medication Rules Of Oral Chinese Herbal Decoctions In The Treatment Of Blood-heat Type Psoriasi

Purpose: By collecting the relevant literature on the treatment of blood heat psoriasis with oral Chinese medicine decoction,to study the medication law of internal Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood heat psoriasis with statistical methods,and to summarize the clinical experience of internal Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood heat psoriasis,so as to provide reference for clinical medication.Materials and methods: A total of 230 articles were included in the journal literature on the treatment of blood heat psoriasis by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in China How Net,Wanfang database and VIP database from January 1,2001 to December 31,2020.Using Excel,SPSS modeler 18.0,spss25.0 and other software,the high-frequency drugs for the treatment of blood heat psoriasis were summarized,and the high-frequency drugs were analyzed by category,four Qi and five flavor.The core drug pairs were obtained through the analysis of high-frequency drug association rules,and the potential drug combinations were obtained through the cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results:Through the analysis of 230 literatures included in this paper,162 drugs were involved.The frequency of drug use was 2552 times.The frequency of drug use was more than 10 times.There were 46 kinds of drugs: raw Rehmannia glutinosa 193 times,peony bark 130 times,red peony 124 times,lavender 110 times,licorice 109 times,tuckahoe 97 times,honeysuckle 92 times,Sophora japonica 89 times,Salvia miltiorrhiza 77 times,Hedyotis diffusa 76 times,etc.Among the 46 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,the frequency of antipyretic,hemostatic,tonic and blood activating and stasis removing drugs was as high as 1947 times,with a frequency of 90.01%.It shows that these four kinds of drugs play a leading role in the treatment of blood heat psoriasis.Among them,antipyretic drugs had the highest frequency,with a total frequency of 1441 times and a frequency of 66.62%.Among the 46 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,the first is bitter,the second is sweet,and the third is pungent.The first drug is cold medicine,the second is mild medicine,and the third is warm medicine.The main meridians are liver meridians,stomach meridians,lung meridians,heart meridians and spleen meridians.SPSS modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the association of 46 high-frequency drugs.This time,the drug combinations meeting the requirements of support ≥ 35% and confidence ≥ 80% were selected.According to the highest support,the commonly used drugs were peony bark and raw rehmannia,red peony and raw rehmannia,purple grass and raw rehmannia,licorice and raw rehmannia,and poria cocos and raw rehmannia.Spss25.0 was used to cluster 46 high-frequency drugs,and the traditional Chinese medicines with similar properties were grouped into one group.High frequency drugs with potential compatibility can be divided into 8 groups:(1)gypsum,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Arctium lappa,Cimicifuga,Fangfeng,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Scrophulariae.(2)Scorpion,centipede,Angelica sinensis.(3)Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Gardenia jasminoides,honeysuckle,Forsythia suspensa,dandelion,Viola yedoensis,safflower,peach kernel,beehive,Zaocys.(4)Peony bark,buffalo horn,Hedyotis diffusa,Bombyx Batryticatus,licorice.(5)Rhubarb,kidney bean root,Radix Isatidis,Sophora flavescens.(6)Rubia,Polygonum cuspidatum,Poria cocos.(7)Cicada slough,Scutellaria barbata,Rehmannia glutinosa,red peony,Folium Isatidis.(8)Sophora japonica,Caulis Spatholobi,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Lithospermum,white grass root,tuckahoe,fresh white skin,Paris polyphylla.Conclusion:1.Single drug commonly used in clinic to treat blood heat psoriasis: Rehmannia glutinosa,peony bark,red peony root,laver,licorice,tuckahoe,honeysuckle,Sophora japonica,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Hedyotis diffusa,etc.2.High frequency drugs with frequency ≥ 10 times are mainly antipyretic drugs,hemostatic drugs,tonic drugs,and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.3.High frequency drugs have bitter taste,sweet taste and pungent taste.4.The properties of high-frequency drugs are cold drugs,normal drugs and warm drugs.5.The high-frequency drugs mainly include the liver meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian and spleen meridian.6.Through high-frequency drug correlation analysis,Rehmannia glutinosa and cortex moutan were the most frequently used drug pairs.7.Through the cluster analysis of high-frequency drug system,we get the potential compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine:(1)gypsum,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Arctium lappa,Cimicifuga,Fangfeng,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Radix
