This thesis includes literature review and clinical study.Literature review consists of two parts:The first literature is ancient books of TCM treatment of psoriasis in herbal medicine. Second literature review is the experience of contemporary medical treatment for psoriasis damp-heat syndrome.Clinical research is divided into two parts:The first part is about eczematous psoriasis medication rules and modern pharmacological research. Method:Combined with the review of contemporary medical treatment of psoriasis drug experience of damp-heat syndrome. Analyzed the medication rules of psoriasis damp-heat syndrome. Combined the theory of traditional Chinese medicine with pharmacology and medicinal chemistry. Conclusion: Summarized by prescription and literature,23herbs in the treatment of psoriasis damp-heat syndrome had higher frequency. The treatment of damp-heat syndrome from the liver to start. Main formulaes for psoriasis damp-heat syndrome:LongDanXieGan soup. Bixieshenshi soup. Huanglianjiedu soup. The main effection of these23herbs in treating damp-heat syndrome of psoriasis:Liver Protective Effect, Immune Regulation, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-Pathogenic microorganisms, Anti-allergy Effect, Diuretic Effect.The second part:Clinical observation of Chinese medicine treatment of Eczematous Psoriasis. Compared with101cases of vulgaris psoriasis, Analyzed the characteristics and predisposing factors of18cases of Eczematous Psoriasis. Method Drink herbals (Long Dan Xie Gan and Xi Jiao Di Huang soup), evaluated the efficacy of2-weeks,4-weeks,8-weeks. Conclusion:Before treatment the PASI score of18cases eczematous psoriasis patients was8.92±4.97;after2-weeks PASI score was5.86±3.40; after4-weeks PASI score was3.13±1.92;after8weeks PASI score was1.23±0.54. With statistical analysis the PASI score of pre-treatment patients with eczematous psoriasis and the PASI score of after-treatment of2-weeks,4-weeks,8-weeks, χ2=59.714, p<0.01, had significant difference.PASI score of pre-treatment, PASI score of2-weeks, PASI score of4-weeks, PASI score of8-weeks had significant difference.(p<0.01). With the extension of treatment time the mean value of PASI score reduced, the treatment was effective. After2-weeks of treatment, patients with eczematous psoriasis effective7cases,the total effective rate was38.89%. After4-weeks of treatment, patients with eczematous psoriasis clinical recovery4cases, effective6cases, total effective rate was55.56%. After8-weeks of treatment, patients with eczematous psoriasis clinical recovery8cases, effective8cases, total effective rate was88.89%.Follow-up the long-term efficacy, relapse rate was5.56%.Conclusion The treatment of eczematous psoriasis had significant effective and stable long-term efficacy.
