Clinical Observation On Mammary Gland Excision Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Plasma Cell Mastitis In The Purulent Stage Of Deficiency Of Vital Energy And Stagnation Of Evi

Purpose:Through clinical trial,the clinical effect of minimally invasive breast resection combined with small incision drainage and Traditional Chinese medicine decoction on plasma cell mastitis in purogenic stage of positive deficiency and pathogenic stagnation was confirmed.Material and method:A total of 40 female patients with positive deficiency and pathogenic stagnation pyogenic plasma cell mastitis in the ward of The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2021,who met the inclusion criteria,aged from 15 to 40 years old,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group with minimally invasive breast resection cooperate Chinese medicine medicinal broth of small incision drainage,with Chinese medicine control group using traditional breast abscess incision drainage medicinal broth,observe two groups of patients with breast abscess healing time,postoperative treatment pain degree,7 days of treatment for 3 months after the breast shape,3 months after treatment the patient degree of satisfaction index,the index data summary table,then carries on the statistical analysis,To observe whether there is difference in treatment effect between the two groups.Results:1.Clinical observation and statistical analysis showed that the cure rates of both the observation group and the control group were 100%,and the difference was not statistically significant by rank sum test(P > 0.05),indicating that the observation group was the same as the treatment group in terms of cure rates.2.The healing time of breast abscess was similar between the observation group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the pain degree of dressing change 7 days after surgery,breast appearance 3 months after treatment,and patient satisfaction 3 months after treatment,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be considered that minimally invasive breast resection with small incision drainage combined with TCM decoction has obvious advantages over traditional breast abscess incision drainage combined with TCM decoction in the above indicators.4.During this experiment,no adverse reactions or safety problems occurred in all patients.Conclusion:1.There was no difference in curative effect and abscess healing time between minimally invasive breast resection and small incision drainage and traditional breast abscess incision drainage.2.Compared with traditional incision drainage for mammary abscess,minimally invasive rotary mastectomy plus small incision drainage can relieve patients’ pain,reduce breast appearance damage and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
