Clinical Intervention Studies Of Mastitis Decoction On Patients With Plasma Cell Mastitis (Stagnant Fire In Gan Channel Type)

Objective:This paper aims to study the effect of clinical curative effect of Mastitis Decoction on plasma cell mastitis patients(stagnant fire in Gan channel type), for preliminary screening of the new therapeutic prescriptions to treat plasma cell mastitis.Methods:The64patients who meet the "inclusion criteria" as the research object using a random number table, the patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. Two groups of basic drug are levofloxacin+dexamethasone intravenously guttae for14days, the treatment group add Mastitis Decoction in basic medicine,but the control group without Chinese traditional medicine.To observe clinical improvement after four weeks of treatmentand the change of WBC count, NE%count, CRP count and PRL count in peripheral blood.To analyze the effect of Mastitis Decoction of treat plasma cell mastitis.Results:1. The study included59patients,shedding one case.2.The collected basis date of59cases were compared, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.3.3. In the sides of lump size, red one narrow scope, size of fistula, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05), in the aspect of improving nipple discharge no statistical difference between the two groups (P=0.784).4. Found in the investigation of medical record collection table,14cases were healed,12cases were effective,4cased were invalid in the treatment group. The total effective rate is86.67%. While in the control group,5cases were healed,11cases were effective,13cased were invalid. The total effective rate is55.17%. The treatment group and control group total effective rate was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. Blood routine and biochemical examination index comparison shows:Detection of white blood cell count (WBC) in peripheral blood before and after treatment were8.02±2.80,7.06±1.76, P=0.033,neutrophil percentage (NE%) before and after treatment were67.66±12.42,3.25±10.31,P=0.001, c-reactive protein (CRP) before and after treatment were8.98±22.3,3.24±6.76,P=0.000,prolactin level (PRL) before and after treatment of numerical were222.97±11.0,6.86±8.12,P=0.048,comparing the treatment group in the lower white blood cell count (WBC), neutrophil percentage (NE%), c-reactive protein (CRP), prolactin level (PRL) aspects than before treatment were improved, and the comparison between groups in treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group improved plasma cell mastitis’s clinical symptoms than the control group significantly. Mastitis Decoction can lower the count of WBC, NE%, CRP, and PRL, the result has statistical significance. The treatment group without adverse reactions under treatment dose.
