Study On The Diagnostic And Therapeutic Efficacy Criteria Of TCM Syndromes In Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnanc

Purpose:Using evidence-based medicine method,integrating Chinese and Western medicine resources,complementing each other’s advantages,the diagnostic efficacy standard of pregnancy vomiting was revised,its contents were enriched,optimized and improved,and the research methods with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine were fully utilized to promote the implementation and popularization of diagnostic efficacy standard of TCM diseases and symptoms,strengthen the influence,teaching and scientific research ability of diagnosis and treatment standard of pregnancy vomiting,and provide support for the optimization of diagnosis and treatment scheme of pregnancy obstruction,thus improving the medical service level of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:1.In this study,ancient Chinese medicine books and modern documents were searched by combining manual and computer search,And filters the retrieved documents according to the acceptance criteria to exclude irrelevant documents.The data mined and extracted from the documents are entered into a table and statistically analyzed.By combining the existing standards,guidelines,teaching materials and other documents with the recognized and latest research results,the selection of some participating factors in the revised contents,such as the name and interpretation of the disease,the basis of diagnosis,the classification of syndromes,the basis of diagnosis of syndromes and the evaluation of curative effect,is completed.2.Conduct two rounds of expert investigation with reference to Delphi method.On the basis of the original diagnostic efficacy standard of pregnancy vomiting,according to the results of literature research,a questionnaire was compiled,which included standard disease name,disease name interpretation,diagnosis basis,syndrome classification,syndrome diagnosis basis and efficacy evaluation method.Make statistical analysis on two rounds of expert answers and summarize expert opinions.3.Summarize the first draft of "Diagnostic Efficacy Standard of TCM Diseases and Symptoms-Pregnancy Vomiting(Revised)".Six experts in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine were organized to fully demonstrate the contents in the first draft of the revised standard,and suggestions for further revision were put forward.Results:Summarize the experts’ opinions to form the draft of "Diagnostic Efficacy Standard of TCM Diseases and Symptoms-Pregnancy Vomiting(Revised)".
