Research On The Medication Rules Of Puji Fang For Treating Diabetes Based On Python Languag

Purpose:To provide a more scientific document basis for clinical treatment by using Python to dig,analyze and summarize the medication rule of Puji Fang for treating diabetes.Material and method:Collect the prescriptions for treating Diabetes Mellitus and related diseases recorded in Puji Fang in the library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine manually.Results:1.Removing duplication,There were 677 prescriptions and 452 herbs for treating Diabetes Mellitus in Puji Fang.2.Statistical results of herb frequency: The cumulative frequency of herbs in Puji Fang is4097 times.The top 10 are Radix Ophiopogonis(188 times),Radix Trichosanthis(183 times),Poria Cocos(166 times),Ginseng(165 times),Coptis Chinensis(152 times),Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata(122 times),Radix Astragali(98 times),Anemarrhena asphodeloides(94 times),Ginger(87 times),Radix glycyrrhiza(76 times).3.Statistical results of herb efficiency: The herb kinds of efficiency involved 21 in Puji Fang,The top 5are tonics(30.05%),antipyretic(23.68%),damp-clearing drug(9.40%),astringent(6.69%),drugs for relieving Exterior Disorder(6.42%).The top 1 of tonics is Qi-tonifying drug(16.57%)The next are Yin-tonifying drug(6.59%),Yang-tonifying drug(4.41%),Xue-tonifying drug(2.47%).4.Statistical results of herb properties:Cold was the most of four natures of drugs,sweet was the most of the five flavours,and the majority channel tropism is Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin,The Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin,The Stomach Meridian of FootYangming,The Heart Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin,The Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin,The liver Meridian of Foot Jueyin.5.Association rule analysis:There were 19 common drug pairs,The maximum support was Radix Ophiopogonis-Radix Trichosanthis.There were 14 combinations of three drugsin common use,The maximum lift and maximum confidence was Astragalus memr banaceus,Poria cocos-ginseng which indicates the existence of potential compatibility.6.According to the network diagram of drug pair association rules,drugs with eigenvector centrality greater than 0.3 were combined,we can get 3 drug combinations.Group1:Radix ophiopogonis,Radix scutellariae;Group 2:Radix Trichosanthis,Coptis Chinensis,A-nemarrhena asphodeloides;Group 3:Radix Astragali,Poria Cocos,Schisandra chinensis,Ginseng.Conclusion:(1)The understanding of diabetes in Puji Fang continues pathogenesis of traditional deficiency of Qi and Yin,the treatment is based on "nourishing Qi,nourishing Yin,clearing heat and generating jin".(2)By analyzing the properties of the drug to treat diabetes in Puji Fang,the drugs ofen be chosen which sweet-cold,bitter-cold,and belong to Lung,Spleen,Stomach,Heart.Such as Radix Ophiopogonis,Poria Cocos,Radix Trichosanthis,Coptis Chinensis and so on.They all belong to upper energizer and middle energizer.Therefore,syndrome differentiation and treatment focus on them.(3)Pay attention to the compatibility of tonifying medicine and clearing heat medicine in Puji Fang,add inducing diuresis and excreting dampness drugs,such as the group Radix Ophiopogonis-Radix Trichosanthis and Astragalus mem-rbanaceus,Poria cocos-gins eng.It embodies the idea of treating both symptom and root cau.
