| Diabetes mellitus has become a serious worldwide public healthy problem. Compared with Western medicine, TCM has sev-eral advantages,such as clinical effects which is also the problem to improve the effect.By exploring the dosage of classical prescription of Treatise on Febrile Disease, and summarize the experience of Dr. Tong, determine the original dosage of classical prescription, guide the doctors use the reasonable dosage, and raise the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Thesis is divided into two parts,literature review and clinical study. In literature review part we referred to ancient medical classic literatures which recorded classical prescriptions, especially those emended by the government. Referred to ancient books and records of metrology evolution, especially drug dosage in classical prescriptions, compared the change of various eras, and deduced the original dosage of classical prescriptions.Reviewed some of the literature summarizes the archaeological and other aspects of clinical dose application by side research, and integrative medicine, diabetes status is briefly outlined. Clinical section, by constructing a database of structured information collection, out-patient medical records collected for 5366 patients of trips, the usage of association rules based on scale-free network data analysis, Summarized characteristics of treating diabetes differentiation using drugs by Professor Tong, summed up professor's academic thought:When treating Diabetes and its complications, Dr. Tong usually use the heavy dosage of classic prescriptions.
