| The rural revitalization work is being carried out in an orderly and in-depth way.Under this background,the gradually improved quality and efficiency indicators and the increased number of people returning home put forward new and higher requirements for rural medical and health undertakings.As the“guardians”of farmers’ health,rural doctors have become an important force in building the network of grassroots health undertakings,and are playing an indispensable role in the early realization of rural revitalization in China.On the basis of comparing the incentive mechanism of rural doctors at home and abroad,this paper selects grass-roots village and town as a sample,relies on the background of rural revitalization in Wenshui Town,Xishui County,Guizhou Province,and according to the new requirements and tasks for rural doctors under the new situation of rural revitalization.Through field visits,questionnaires,structured interviews,etc.,the author learns about the means,measures and actual effects of rural doctors incentive in Wenshui Town from various aspects.It is found that there are still some problems in the incentive mechanism of rural doctors in Wenshui Town,mainly in that the economic treatment of rural doctors is obviously lower than the expected value,the sense of occupational security is insufficient,the incentive means in villages and towns are relatively single,the career planning is unclear and the promotion space is small.After referring to the effective experience and practices in China,this paper puts forward that Wenshui Town can effectively optimize the existing incentive mechanism by rationally distributing the workload,optimizing the salary structure,implementing the “ binary plan ”,enriching the incentive means,clarifying the career planning and improving the promotion communication channels. |
