Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy,side effects and toxic and side effects of modified Cheng Juanbi decoction in combination with modified chengshijubi decoction,modified Chengshijubi decoction and Xiaozhidao in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold-dampness Arthralgia Syndrome),to provide more clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis ideas and methods.Methods:90 patients who met the inclusion criteria from 2021 January to January 2022in the spinal and pain inpatient departments of the Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into three groups: Treatment Group(modified Chengshijuanbi decoction combined with small needle knife group),Control Group 1(modified Chengshijuanbi decoction group)and Control Group 2(small needle knife group),each group had 30 cases,visual analogue scale(Vas),clinical symptom scale(CSR)and comprehensive total effective rate were observed,recorded and compared to explore the clinical efficacy,side effects and side effects after 14 days of two courses of treatment.Results: 1.There were significant differences in visual analogue scale(Vas),Clinical Symptom Score(CSR)before and after Treatment(P<0.05).2.After treatment,there were significant differences in visual analogue scale(Vas),clinical symptom score(CSR)and effective rate(93.3% in treatment group,80% in control group 1 and 83.3% in control group 2)between Treatment Group and Control Group(P<0.05).3.There were no serious adverse reactions and side effects after treatment in the three groups,which had clinical safety.Conclusion: Jiawei Cheng Juanbi decoction combined with Xiaozhidao Group,Jiawei Chengshijuanbi decoction group,Xiaozhidao group and all had good clinical efficacy and safety,the Combined Treatment Group had Better Curative Effect Than Modified Cheng Juanbi decoction group and small needle knife group in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold and Damp Bi Syndrome).
