Clinical Observation On Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined With Oral Methylcobalamin Tablets In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with mecobalamine tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,To provide basis for clinical treatment of DPN.Methods: 80 pati ents wi th qi-defici ency and blood-stas is syndro me of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy who met the inclusi on criteria were selected and divided into 2 groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was given basic treatment of w estern medicine combined with mecobalamin tablets orally,On this basis,the treatment group was treated with huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.Results :1.After statistical analysis,there was no difference in the course of disease between the two groups in age and gender(P>0.05),2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral values of FBG glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P < 0.0 5,P < 0.01),3.The total effective rate,peroneal nerve conduction velocity and tibial nerve conduction velocity were significantly increased after treatment(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Huangqi guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with mecobalamine tablet oral treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome has a good effect.
