The purpose of the study:Observe and summarize the dampness and stomach for treatment with cisplatin chemotherapy efficacy and safety of wet resistance in middle Jiao type nausea and vomiting decoction combined with Western medicine.Research methods:1.Statistics into the group of patients,divided into control group:the simple use of Western medicine,and the experimental group in the control group based on the use of wet and stomach yin,30 cases.2.Patients with cisplatin chemotherapy,taking the combination of dampness and stomach drink combined with western medicine treatment,and Western medicine treatment of nausea and vomiting within a week related traditional Chinese medicine and FLIE score.The wet Heweiyin by decocting device for traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Kunshan unified concentrated decoction,2 times a day,sooner or later the 100ml.Including western medicine chemotherapy:TP(paclitaxel cisplatin 135～175mg/m2;cisplatin 75mg/m2),DP(docetaxel cisplatin 75mg/m2;cisplatin 75mg/m2),GP(gemcitabine 1000mg/m2;cisplatin 75mg/m2),NP(Changchun vinorelbine 25-30mg/m2;cisplatin 75mg/m2)andGDP(gemcitabine cisplatin 1000mg/m2;cisplatin 75mg/m2).It is supported by liver protection(fine sweet 150mg,intravenous drip)and stomach protecting(pantoprazole 40mg,intravenous drip).Through the observation of clinical indicators(blood routine,liver function),nausea and vomiting and nausea and vomiting of TCM score FLIE score evaluation,dampness and Stomach Decoction Combined with western medicine in chemotherapy with cisplatin resistance in effect after wet type nausea and vomiting.3.Statistical method:Data processing adopts the SPSS statistical analysis software.Qualitative index uses percentage to describe.Quantitative data which conform to Gaussian distribution adopt t-text.Afterwards,the test statistics and the correspondent P value will be shown,and then we give the statistical significance to the value which<0.05.Result:1.The most common malignant tumor after chemotherapy for nausea and vomiting,head weight,fatigue,anorexia,abdominal nausea,abdominal distension,sticky mouth thirst,like drinking,short red urine,tongue thick white or greasy,pulse slow dampness obstructing spleen stomach syndrome.Dampness and Stomach Decoction Combined with western medicine has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of Western medicine comparison of treatment only.2.Toxicity of dampness and Stomach Decoction Combined with western medicine treatment of relatively simple adverse reaction of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly improve patients with mild nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy and after chemotherapy,nausea and vomiting for part of the pure western medicine treatment is not easy to improve the result of chemotherapy,dampness and Stomach Decoction Combined with western medicine treatment has certain advantages that can increase the tolerance of patients.3.The wet and Stomach Decoction Combined with western medicine treatment with cisplatin chemotherapy after the dampness obstructing spleen stomach syndrome of nausea and vomiting in clinical indicators,compared with the pure western medicine treatment with cisplatin chemotherapy after the dampness obstructing spleen type nausea and vomiting had no obvious difference,there is no other side reactions.Through this research,we can see that the dampness and Stomach Decoction in the chemotherapy of dampness obstructing spleen stomach syndrome of nausea and vomiting has good curative effect,western medicine treatment effect for different,differences of nausea and vomiting,dampness and stomach drink adjuvant therapy for chemotherapy of dampness obstructing spleen stomach syndrome of nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:Compared with western medicine treatment,the combination of dampness and stomach yin combined with western medicine has certain advantages.
