Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Anal Pruritus With Damp-heat Stagnation Syndrome With Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoctio

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction on damp heat block syndrome of primary anal pruritus and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods: From 2020 to 2021,60 patients with damp heat block syndrome of primary anal pruritus were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received the basic treatment of local injection of compound methylene blue.The control group was given blank control after perianal cleaning,while the treatment group was given Longdan Xiegan decoction.The scores were recorded after 2 weeks.The observation indexes included pruritus degree score,perianal skin lesion area score,perianal skin lesion morphology score,humidity score and TCM symptom score.The patients were followed up after 2 weeks of treatment to compare the effective rate and quality of life index.Results: After 2 weeks of treatment,the pruritus degree,perianal skin lesion area,morphological score and humidity score of the two groups were compared with those before treatment(P <0.05),and the score of TCM symptom index was compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that there was a statistical difference.In terms of effective rate,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with compound methylene blue injection group was higher than that of single methylene blue injection group.Conclusion:After comparing the symptoms before and after treatment,the clinical study shows that the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with compound methylene blue injection group has better curative effect than single methylene blue injection in the treatment of primary anal pruritus.It has obvious advantages in improving symptoms,eliminating signs and late recurrence rate.This study provides a new thinking and method for the clinical treatment of anal pruritus.
