Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of The Optimized Prescription Of Curecunjin In The Treatment Of Primary Sjögren's Syndrome With Yin Deficiency And Dryness-heat Syndrom

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and the safety of optimized recipe of Cherecunjin(CRCJ)on the treatment of primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome(p SS)with yin deficiency and dry heat syndrome.Methods: 51 patients with primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in observation group were treated with optimized recipe of CRCJ granules.The patients in control group were treated with CRCJ granules.12 weeks was a observation period.Evaluating the therapeutic effect of optimized recipe of CRCJ from observing the TMC syndrome score,ESSDAI score,ESSPRI score,ESR,CRP,Schimer test,saliva flow rate.The same time the safety of optimized recipe of CRCJ was evaluated.Results: A total of 51 cases was collected.49 cases were finally completed,including24 cases in the observation group and 25 cases in the control group,while two cases fell off.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,TCM syndrome score,ESR,CRP,Schimer test and saliva flow rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the effective rates of TCM syndromes in the observation group and the control group were 91.67% and92.00% respectively,and the ESSPRI score effective rates of the two groups were88.00% and 84.00%,respectively;there was no difference in TCM syndrome score and ESSPRI score between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,CRP and Schimer test between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the improvement ability of saliva flow rate in the control group was slightly better than that in the observation group.In terms of adverse reactions,there were no adverse events in the observation group,and two patients had diarrhea in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion : The optimized recipe of CRCJ is effective in the treatment of p SS patients with yin deficiency and dry heat syndrome.It can improve the clinical symptoms and glandular secretion ability and improve the quality of life of patients with p SS yin deficiency and dry heat syndrome.The therapeutic effect of the optimized recipe of CRCJ is similar to CRCJ granules,but the prescription is leaner than CRCJ granules.There are no adverse events such as diarrhea,so the optimized recipe of CRCJ have a good safety.
