Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Recipe On Primary Sj?gren’s Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Recipe on hemodynamics of submandibular gland in patients with Primary Sj?gren’ s syndrome(pSS)and to improve the disease activity,TCM syndrome score and laboratory index.So that providing clinical data support for therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu recipe on patients with Sj?gren’s syndrome.Method:Select 30 patients included in the standard with primary Sj?gren’s syndrome,given one agent of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Recipe per person per day for three months after doing a disease activity and TCM syndrome score survey,detecting every patient submandibular gland hemodynamic indicators(unified selection of facial artery mandibular angle transverse lcm),including Peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and resistance index(RI),and the required laboratory indicators,and then after 16 weeks of the treatment of taking Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Recipe,detecting the above indexes were used to evaluate the hemodynamics,disease activity,TCM syndrome score,laboratory index and safety of the submandibular gland.Results:After treatment of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu recipe,the difference of hemodynamics was statistically significant;There are significant differences in PSV and EDV before and after comparison(P=0.001<0.05;P=0.002<0.05),and the difference of Chinese medicine syndrome points was statistically significant Compared with before and after treatment of Qi and Yin Quyu recipe(P=0.00<0.01);the difference of Disease activity index was statistically significant Compared with before and after treatment of Qi and Yin Quyu recipe(P=0.00<0.01);the difference of blood stasis and IgG was statistically significant Compared with before and after treatment of Qi and Yin Quyu recipe(P=0.006<0.05,P=0.046<0.05),Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Quyu recipe can improve the submucosal blood flow microenvironment,increase the sensitivity of the submandibular gland to stimulate;can improve TCM syndrome and disease activity index;has a effect to reduce the value of ESR and IgG,but it still need a large sample Test to verify.At the present stage,the results show that Yiqi Yangyin Quyu recipe has good safety.
