Clinical Observation Of Qingzao Shengjin Drink And Its Combination On Dialectical Treatment Of Primary Sj(?)gren’s Syndrome

Objective:In this study,by observing the clinical effect of Qingzao Shengjin Drink and its combination in the treatment of primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome with different syndromes,and comparing the indicators before and after treatment,to explore the clinical effect and mechanism of the treatment of Chinese medicine-Qingzao Shengjin Drink and its combination on primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome.Methods:Ninety patients with primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(60 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Qingzao Shengjin Drink and its combination according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,and the control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine.Before administration and 6 months after treatment,the clinical effects of each group of patients were observed,including TCM symptom score,filter paper test and saliva flow rate test,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,c-reactive protein,rheumatoid factor,immunoglobulin G,interleukin-17.The changes in blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function,fundus examination and adverse reactions were also observed.Record the observation indexes of two groups before and after treatment and analyze.Results: Qingzao Shengjin Drink and its combination can effectively improve TCM symptom score,dry mouth and eyes,improve saliva flow rate,filter paper experiment,reduce blood sedimentation and il-17 level(p<0.05),and is superior to the control group(p<0.05).RF and IgG levels could be decreased(p <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The increased CRP level could be reduced,but due to the small sample size,it was not statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83%,and that of the control group was 70%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Safety index:the vital signs of the two groups were stable before and after enrollment,and there were no abnormal cases of blood routine examination,routine urine test,liver and kidney function and fundus examination after treatment,and no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Qingzao Shengjin Drink and its combination has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of primary SSS with different syndromes,which can improve clinical symptoms,improve filter paper experiment,saliva flow rate,reduce interleukin-17,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP,RF and IgG levels,and has good safety.
