Exploring The Medication Rules Of Professor Pan Minqiu In The Treatment Of Advanced Primary Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platfor

Objective: To summarize the drug characteristics,clinical experience and academic ideas of Professor Pan Minqiu in the treatment of medium and advanced primary non-small cell lung cancer by means of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0,and provide new methods and ideas for clinical practice.Methods: The patient medical cases of professor Pan Minqiu,the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were included in the medical cases of patients who were treated in the outpatient clinic of Professor Pan Minqiu of the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2016 to December 31,2021,and the students took pictures and records with their teachers,and after diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion,the patient information was uniformly standardized and entered into the excel database by means of double control statistics.Based on the TCM inheritance calculation platform V3.0,frequency statistics,correlation rules and clustering analysis were carried out on the basic information,symptoms,tongues,symptoms,prescriptions,etc.included in the medical cases.Results: 1.Of the 234 cases,171 were male,far more than 63 were females.High-frequency symptoms are: cough,insomnia,sluggishness,shortness of breath,dry sputum,dry cough,fatigue,chest tightness,chest pain,thirst,constipation,loose stools,blood in sputum,swelling pain,joint pain,frequent urination,back pain,dizziness.The three main tongue-like combinations are red tongue-moss yellow,red tongue-moss thin white,and tongue red-moss thin yellow.Among the 5 types of evidence,the yin deficiency internal heat type has the most frequent occurrence,accounting for 41.45%;It is followed by the qi and yin two virtual types,accounting for 26.68%.2.The top 10 Chinese medicines used in the most frequent use are:licorice,white flower snake tongue herb,white art,astragalus,ginseng,female virgin,half-branched lotus,ganoderma lucidum,goji berries,and silk seeds.Cold drugs and warm drugs are basically the same,and flat drugs are second,and hot drugs and cold drugs are not used much.The medicinal properties of high-frequency drugs are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy,and the salty and sour tastes are less used.It mainly enters the liver meridian,spleen meridian and lung meridian.The main drugs are tonic and antipyretic drugs,accounting for more than half of the total,the remainder from high to low are blood circulation and stasis,flat liver and wind,water leakage and wetness,tranquility,rational qi,table solution,phlegm cough and asthma,consumption,hemostasis,Wenli,astringent,wet,diarrhea.3.Core drug pairs:Half-branched lotus-white flower snake tongue herb,goji berry-female virgin,ginseng-astragalus.The core group of drugs are: ginseng,female virgin,goji berries,astragalus,baishu,half-branched lotus,white flower snake tongue.Conclusion: 1.Professor Pan Minqiu believes that the cause of lung cancer is that the cause of lung cancer is that there are two deficiencies of qi and yin,stasis and stasis,which are agglomerated in the body and agglomerated into lumps in the body.2.Lung cancer is located in the lungs,mainly in the yin deficiency internal heat evidence and qi yin deficiency evidence.3.Professor Pan Minqiu in the treatment of intermediate and advanced primary non-small cell lung cancer,the medication pays attention to cold and heat flatness,the medicinal taste is mostly bitter,sweet and spicy,mainly into the liver meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian,the medicinal effect is mainly to supplement the deficiency class,clear the heat,the treatment is to benefit the qi and nourish the yin,clear the heat and detoxification.3.Through the Chinese medicine computing platform V3.0 and combined with clinical practice,it can be concluded that professor Pan Minqiu’s core drug pairs in the treatment of primary non-small cell lung cancer are half-branched lotus-white flower snake tongue grass,ginseng-astragalus,wolfberry-female virgin,and the core group drugs: ginseng,female virgin,wolfberry,astragalus,white art,half-branched lotus,white flower snake tongue.
