Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Pan Minqiu In Treating Breast Cancer Based On Data Minin

Objective:Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform(V3.0),the drug use law and academic experience of professor Pan Minqiu,a master of Traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of breast cancer were explored.It is intended to carry forward and inherit the academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine maste rs in order to better pro mote learning.Methods:Breast cancer patients in professor Pan Minqiu’s outpatient prescriptions and medical Case Essence of Pan Minqiu and Li Yueheng in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were collected.Softwa re EXCEL tem plate was downloaded,and the pre-processed data were sequently input according to categories to esta blish a unified primary breast cancer database.Statistical analysis,symptom analysis,prescription analysis,tongue image analysis and pulse analysis can get the basic information of patients,tongue pulse,syndrome type,drug combination statistical results.Results:1.A total of 94 cases we re collected for 181 visits.The patients were mainly aged between 43 and 52 years.The proportion of female patients is much higher than that of male patients.2.Professor Pan’s high freq ue ncy drugs for the treatment of breast cancer are:Astragalus Membra nace us,Licorice,Atractylodes,Olden landia diffusa,Poria cocos,Rhizoma Paridis,Semen Cuscutae,Scutellariae Ba rbatae,Prunella spike,Ganoderma lucidum,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Rhizoma curcuma,Radix Morindae officinalis,Rhizoma Bolbostemmae,Herba Epimedii,Concha Ostreae,Fructus Lycii.Most of the drugs are tonic,heat-clearing,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs.The four properties a re mainly warm,cold and mild,the five tastes are usually sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian is mainly liver,spleen,lung and kidney.3.Commonly used horn medicine is:the first group:Astragalus Membra nace us,Atractylodes,Olde nlandia diffusa,the second group:Astragalus Membra naceus,Atractylodes,Poria cocos,the third group:Astragalus Membranaceus,Atractylodes atractylodes,Semen Cuscutae.4.Through the analysis of association rule algorithm,the core prescriptions of Professor Pan’s treatment of breast cancer were obtained:Astragalus Membranaceus,Ga noderma lucidum,Poria cocosa,Atractylodes,Prunella spike,Semen Cuscutae,Scutella riae Barbatae,Rhizoma Pa ridis,Oldenlandia diffusa,Licorice.5.Through clustering analysis(K-mean algorithm and regression model)to the four ancesto rs of the drug core combination.Conclusion:Through the ana lysis and discussion of the statistical results,this paper sum ma rizes professor Pan’s academic thoughts on breast cancer treatment:① Synergistic treatment of the three organs,especially the live.② Consolidate the root,cultivate the vitality and Anti-cancer toxin.③Treatment based on piecewise,Identifying The Root Courses.
