Clinical Study On Qinglin Huayu Prescription In Treating Radiation Cystitis Of Damp-heat Stasis Type In Middle And Late Stage Cervical Cance

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of qinglin Huayu prescription in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-condensation radioactive cystitis of intermediate and advanced cervical cancer,and evaluate its effective rate,so as to provide clinical ideas and research basis for the treatment of damp-heat stasis-condensation radioactive cystitis of intermediate and advanced cervical cancer.Methods:60 patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine decoction(Qinglin Huayu Prescription)+ basic therapy(drinking more water),while patients in the control group were given Chinese patent medicine(Luohuazizhu tablet)+ basic therapy(drinking more water).The changes of Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS),urine routine(WBC count,WBC qualitative,RBC count),TCM syndrome Score,Cartesian Score and other related indicators were observed in the two groups after 4 weeks of continuous treatment.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: The symptom score of overactive bladder in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 33.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Carsten score before and after treatment,P<0.01,there was a significant statistical difference;Karnofsky performance status of the control group before and after treatment,P=0.102>0.05,no statistical significance.Efficacy evaluation of occult blood and red blood cells in urine routine examination: The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,while the effective rate of the control group was56.67%,P=0.009,indicating that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The improvement of red blood cells in the urine of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Efficacy evaluation of white blood cells in routine urine:the effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 43.33% in the control group,P=0.004,indicating that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Qinglin Huayu prescription can improve the situation of white blood cells in the urine of patients with radiocystitis of cervical cancer.Qinglin Huayu Prescription had therapeutic effects on inflammation and bleeding symptoms of patients with cervical cancer radioactive cystitis.During the treatment,there were no adverse conditions such as disease progression,drug withdrawal and liver and kidney dysfunction in both groups.Conclusion: Qinglin huayu decoction can effectively relieve the TCM clinical symptoms,reduce TCM syndrome score,improve bladder function and improve the quality of life of patients with damp-heat and stay-stasis cystitis of middle and advanced cervical cancer.Qinglin Huayu prescription has obvious efficacy and high safety in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-knot type radioactive cystitis of middle and advanced cervical cancer.
