| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Qinglin Decoction" in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection.Hope to provide some basis and new ideas for the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection in clinical practice.Method:This study is a randomized controlled study.Patients with recurrent urinary tract infections who were diagnosed and treated in outpatient and inpatient clinics in Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The two groups received western medicine treatment at the same time.The patients in the treatment group took Qinglin Decoction and the patients in the control group took Zhiling mycelium capsule.The course of treatment was two weeks and the patients were followed up for 6 months.Record the data of urine routine,urine bacterial culture,curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,recurrence rate and other information of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and then analyze the clinical efficacy of this prescription in Chinese and Western medicine.Result:In this clinical observational study,60 patients eventually completed the clinical observation.1.Comparison of urine routine results:before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(positive urine white blood cells P=0.292,number of urine white blood cells P=0.906,urine red blood cells P=0.506,all P>0.05).The comparison between the two groups after treatment(positive urinary leukocyte P=0.040,the number of urinary leukocytes P=0.004,and the number of urinary erythrocytes P=0.017,all P<0.05)showed that compared with the control group,the urinary leukocytes in the treatment group were significantly improved.2.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P=0.595>0.05).Compared between the two groups after treatment(P=0.040<0.05),the urinary bacteria in the treatment group turned negative significantly better than that in the control group.3.Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups:before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(pain in urination P=0.788,frequency of urination P=0.964,urgency in urination P=0.323,low back pain P=0.961,all P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared(pain in urination P=0.037,frequency in urination P=0.047,low back pain P=0.036,all P<0.05,urgency in urination P=0.440>0.05).The pain in urination,frequency in urination,and low back pain in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group;There was no statistical difference in the treatment results between the two groups for urgency of urination.4.In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy:the effective rate of the treatment group reached 83.33%,while that of the control group was 60%.Comparing the two groups(p=0.045<0.05),it can be seen that the treatment group is better than the control group in terms of TCM syndrome efficacy.In terms of clinical efficacy of Western medicine:the effective rate of the treatment group reached 90%,and the final efficiency of the control group reached 66.67%.Compared between the two groups(p=0.028<0.05),in terms of the specific clinical efficacy of Western medicine,the treatment group is also better than the control group.5.In terms of recurrence rate:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 48.3%,and that of the control group was 80%.Compared between the two groups(p=0.007<0.05),it can be seen that the treatment group is better than the control group in terms of recurrence rate.Conclusion:Qinglin Decoction can be used to treat recurrent urinary tract infection,can significantly reduce the urinary white blood cell count,and also has a therapeutic effect on positive urinary bacteria.It can also help patients alleviate clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.Therefore,this prescription has a certain application prospect in the clinical treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections. |
