Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hyperuricemia Combined With Metabolic Syndrome (damp-heat Syndrome) With Chaimiao Jiangsuanyi

Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Chai Miao’s acid drink in the treatment of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome,and evaluating its effectiveness and safety,this study provides a basis for traditional Chinese medicine to treat hyperuricemia complicated by metabolic syndrome from the perspective of damp heat connotation.Methods : The selected cases were all from patients with hyperuricemia complicated by metabolic syndrome found in the outpatient examination of the Department of Nephrology of Hengyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022,a total of 70 cases,and the patients were randomly divided into 35 cases in the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group adopted basic treatment with simple oral nonbutex tablets,guided the patients to eat low salt,low fat,low purine,low sugar diet,smoking and alcohol cessation,drinking more than 2000 ml per day and effective exercise for more than 30 minutes per day,combined with non-busta tablets 40 mg once a day oral;the treatment group adopted basic treatment with oral nonbustat combined with Lower Uric acid decoction with Chai Miao,and the treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.Observe and record the changes in TCM symptoms,efficacy indicators and safety indicators of all patients,and statistically analyze the collected data to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Lower Uric acid decoction with Chai Miao in the treatment of this disease.Results:1.Completion: 5 cases of shedding in the control group and 5 cases in the treatment group during treatment.In the end,30 cases in the control group completed treatment,and 30 cases in the treatment group completed treatment.2.Comparison of changes before and after treatment of blood uric acid value: the difference between blood uric acid before and after treatment in the treatment group was 150.36 ± 45.53mmol/L,and the difference between blood uric acid before and after treatment in the control group was106.60±60.89mmol/L;the blood uric acid value of both groups decreased significantly after treatment,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of changes before and after treatment of various components of metabolic syndrome: the waist circumference,blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);compared with the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)in the waist circumference,postprandial 2h blood glucose,triglycerides,and hd L lipoprotein in the treatment group,and there was no statistical difference in the fasting blood glucose,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).4.Comparison before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integrals: The difference between TCM syndrome integrals before and after treatment in the treatment group was 12.53 ± 4.99 points,and the difference between blood uric acid before and after treatment in the control group was 8.73±4.54 points;the TCM syndrome integrals of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased more significantly compared with the control group,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01).Conclusion: It shows that Chai Miao’s acid drink has a good clinical effect in the treatment of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome,which can improve the patient’s blood uric acid value,waist circumference,postprandial blood glucose,blood lipid level,and take it safely and has reliable clinical practical value.
