Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Yiqi Fumai Decoctio

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Fumai decoction in treating chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the Treatment Group and the Control Group.The two groups were treated with conventional Western medicine(diuretic,ARB,β-receptor blocker,cardiac glycosides).The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Fumai decoction on the basis of Western medicine for 4 weeks.The curative effect and safety of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The curative effect indexes included TCM Syndrome score,BNP,NYHA,MLHFQ,LVEF and 6-minute walking test,the therapeutic safety(including blood routine,liver and kidney function,blood pressure and heart rate)was observed.The data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 software.Results: 1.The scores of TCM Syndrome in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 76.7%.The treatment group had significant advantage over the control group(P<0.05).4.There was an increase after BNP treatment in both groups,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.There was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of LVEF(P<0.05),which suggested that both groups could increase LVEF,and the treatment group was better than the control group.6.After treatment,6MWT in the two groups was significantly better than that before treatment.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which suggested that the improvement of 6MWT in the treatment group was better than the control group.7.The scores of the MLHFQ were significantly lower among participants with treatment group than control group(P<0.05),.which suggested that both groups could reduce the scores of the MLHFQ,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Yiqi Fumai decoction is effective in treating chronic heart failure patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.it is safe and effective to improve the quality of life,extend the 6-minute walking test,increase LVEF,decrease the score of TCM syndrome and BNP.
